Excellent service. We drove from Springvale to see Ben because he has looked after us in the past and did so again this time. Reliability and honesty are worth travelling to ensure. We will do it next time we have a problem as well.

Digitising old VHS tapes: They converted them to DVD which is almost as useless - no ability to just email me a download link.
Took two weeks, bad communication, $75, and I'm going to have to rip all these DVDs to a useable format myself. That might be fine for some old people who don't care about properly archiving, but to my mind this is a ironically outdated service.

Pc acting strange after 3 years of using
When I open Five Nights At Freddy’s: Security Breach, my computer fans start to accelerate and my screen becomes black, but doesn’t crash on Minecraft shaders for some reason, strange. I am playing Security Breach on Low graphics preset.
Need a GPU replacement I guess.

I had to clone / ghost my old SSD drive to a larger SSD for work. I had tried to do this myself using various software packages, all of which had failed. The Guys at HAT did the clone, all perfect now, massive relief to have some space again on the laptop and retain all my important software. Great Job and very reasonable pricing; I'm very happy, thank you.

I would like to say in 19 years of being on Ebay i have dealt with some great people but this would have to be the most pleasant and helpful business I have ever dealt with. Nothing is to much trouble. I am 200 kays from Melb. They arranged for me to pick up from their staff member on a Saturday.they configured the comp.exactly the way I wanted.they are always very happy and cheerful. Must say I will certainly be dealing with them again.

Purchased a PC from HAT computers last year via ebay and the motherboard just Stopped working about 16 month mark. Went through a few things to diagnose the issue. When that did not work, Long story short i asked for warranty details i did not receive an answer until i had to demand it and that led me to leave this review.had to spend another 400 replacing the MB after spending 2100 last year. Disappointing experience.review does not reflect built quality but in my eyes its a set back and worth mentioning for those looking to purchase as i have had pc last 10+ years with no motherboard issues.

If you have never had a laptop or computer fixed and never used a business before, you cannot go wrong with these wonderful people. The staff are professional and always courteous, prices are better than reasonable and quick turn around for repairs. I would recommend HAT Technology to anyone - my own daughter is now going to get her laptop fixed there - all she had to was look online and their prices are there for all to see - you will not get ripped off by these guys - they are everything you expect in a professional business. I think their ethos is - treat people the way i want to be treated! Thanks HAT guys in Bundoora - you're awesome!

These guys really know there computer stuff and excellent service. There always on hand, before i purchased my computer from them i changed my mind about dozen of times before i finally decided what i want and they never once complained or raised a eyebrow.
