The staff and deliver people were really good to work with l can't recommend them more we will definitely go there again when ever we need anything electrical.

Would like to thank David the owner that came out of his way to help a mate with his amplifier that he purchased their, all was fixed, service dose not usually happen like this but David has proved that wrong thank you.

Great same day delivery service to cowes. They delivered and installed, removed our old appliance and negotiated a much cheaper price that appliances online. There's no comparison, appliances online are simply too expensive and we want to support our local retailer and franchisee and keep our business local. Great work HN Wonthaggi.

Good range of products. I bought a top of line notebook at a great price. Fast and friendly service, knowledgeable staff.

Staff have good product knowledge and are willing to help you find the right item to purchase. Store has a very small range compared to the big city stores but you can get lucky.

Ordered a Nobo heater online with castors. Unfortunately when it was delivered the Castors were left at the store. After a quick phone call to acknowledge what had happened they organised post for them and i had them within a couple of days. Great customer service.

Needed an item urgently and they had it in stock. Price was more than fair and the quality is great. The staff where super friendly and also very helpful. Probably not as well stocked as a city version of the store but staff attitude makes up for it.

Hi guys. We bought a Hisense side by side fridge/freezer about not even 2 months ago. We are having major issues with the fridge freezing up, even tho we have everything set at the manufacturers recommended settings. (We have tried every single setting possible). Please get back to us. We spent a lot of money on this, and it is simply not up to standard. We cannot waste time either, waiting for a silly manufacturer problem to get fixed, when it was a new product, and not our fault. We cannot go without a refrigerator, at all, especially with a family of 4. Please contact us about this fault. Thankyou

I bought a Samsung washing machine in 2018, the salesman told me to buy an extra insurance, if the washing machine broken they will change a new one for me, but now they only fixed it not replace a brand new one, they lied to me and I’m very disappointed about that. So don’t trust them when they tell u to buy extra insurance.

We’ve shopped here several times since moving to South Gippsland and have always found the staff very helpful and pleasant.
Today we were lucky to have the lovely Dani serve us, she was so helpful and very honest. Such a pleasure to shop here with staff like her.

It's ok. Quite small. Can order stuff in. No furniture. Staff are ok. But you sometimes have to wait ages.

One of the best Harvey Norman stores I have contracted work to. All the staff were great, everyone one of them which helped complete my job in good time.

Went to Harvey Norman today to purchase 5 galaxy A50 phones
I was in my work clothes.
First time I dtood at the phones and just waiting for someone to just make eye contact to a knowledge me. NOTHING.
Went back an hour later stood there even longer sales person walking right past me a couple of times not even a glance at us.
We went to big W in the end and purchased the phones there.
You guys suck and it makes me feel bad that if im in my work clothed (builder) you ignored me not once but twice in one day

Employees are mostly helpful and kind! Recently put together a bunch of appliances for my new home in a neat little bundle and assisted in getting us the best price!

However, keep an eye on the separate employees who deliver the appliances as they scratched up our brand new countertop.

The customer service in this Wonthaggi store is beyond appalling. Purchased a washing machine which had to be ordered in. Took over 2 weeks to arrive. On unpacking, I discovered the machine was badly damaged with a smashed top. I re-packed, contacted the store and asked for a replacement. Store refused to pick up and replace, blamed me for the damage. The customer service was non-existent. Staff were focused on blaming me for the damage rather than attempting to rectify the situation. I wouldn't recommend anyone even buy a USB stick from this store.

Went in to get a new phone we were helped by a fella named Warrick absolute champion. Said what we needed it for nothing to extravagant. He was helpfull and honest 2 great qualities in sales highly recommend Harvey Norman Wonthaggi good experience
