From start to finish the service and delivery from HN wonthaggi was brilliant. Andrew in sales was a wealth of knowledge on the products I was purchasing and incredibly wonderful to deal with 5 stars to him. Nathan our delivery man was also amazing, very friendly and professional.we had a fridge delivered and after unpacking noticed a little dent on the front door (no fault of Harvey Normans) he immediatly returned and within 2 hours he was back with another brand new fridge. AMAZING.would never happen in Melbourne. A huge thank you to Andrew and Nathan at HN wonthaggi. 5 stars to you both

I’d like to acknowledge Lauchlan, Adam and C’Jay of Harvey Norman Wonthaggi for their great help transferring us from our old (Melbourne) Optus plans to our new local 4G internet solution.
Plugged the modem in and everything worked instantly!
The best for me?
I could talk face to face to people that know what they’re doing instead of wasting literally hours being handed from pillar to post between Optus and NBN on the phone when dealing directly with a telco.
Nice to have helpful & competent chaps like this batting for and with you.

C'Jay sold me a wonderful computer and he was terrific.
I am seventy three years young, and knew very little about what I was buying.
I left with computer working, apps installed and I could not be happier with the service.

Small store, but lots of electronics to choose from. Tv, videos, computers, staff very busy all the time. Could do with more staff so you don't wait around. So many more people in Wonthaggi now, could have a much bigger store, it would do well

Very helpful. Smaller store than others but all of the essentials are there. I'll have to add photos when I next go there.

We went into Harvey Norman to get an idea what the newest was with televisions.
We were greeted by Adam right away, which was amazing as in the past we’d spent 20 minutes walking around and no one approached us.
Adam really knew his stuff, and was full of knowledge on all the latest and greatest. Even threw in a few jokes which were great.

We highly recommend Adam at Harvey Norman Wonthaggi.

The guys in this store are so helpful and knowledgeable. I'm not very tech savvy which doesn't make shopping for tech items easy, but the guys in the computer department make it easy. Would highly recommend!

Adam seemed to actually give a stuff about what I needed and not what he wanted to sell me.

Lachlan was very helpful and supportive went above and beyond for a computer through another service provider. Initially for a quote then later for a long awaited completion. Was made to feel safe in store and Lachlan made communication easy when my confidence was low. Huge thanks.
Have had many great experiences as well the young owner was also very supportive on two other occasions one over payment issues and the other on full purchase of a washing machine and delivery. Can clearly see over time, that customers are valued in store.

Went into down load photos.
I am no good with computers so i tryed to ask for help but they could not care less so i will not be going back.
I was thinking about upgrading my washing machine and getting a bigger tv but now i look somewhere else.
Just remember not everyone is good with computers

Have bouggt a lot of products over thecyears there. Always were happy, but not anymore.
Lachlan (manager) promissed the World, and after one of our phones died in the first few hours, it was all down hill for the following four weeks,
Even after saying there wasn't a problem with the
phone, and in the end, after four weeks, the complete mother board was replaced
He wouldn't appologise. No 'Goodwill' shown at all, not even an apolgy.
Lost all our families business.

Good at saleing stuff but help is another thing and l go there all the time all l asked for was help to set up my tv l am 60 on medication l didn't know anything 2 days later l got my tv going thanks l know better next time

Went into the store to look at computers, not really planning to buy one on that day! We were served by Mark L and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Pointed out the best computer that suited us. Really went into the details about the extended warranty and worked out a great deal. When we went to pick it up, which was super fast, the staff Member offered to carry the computer out to our car, which was a nice touch!

Always a helpful store, friendly knowledgeable staff. Recently required some tech help. Lauchlan m (according to receipt) was so polite and helpful, even thanked me for my returned custom.
