Very bad experience with the staff sale consultant Umair Shakoor
He he me walk around but didn't even come up and ask for help very unpolite and everytime I go there to check out something the shop was always empty no customers at all
Now I understand why no one want to shop there and so many bad reviews about this franchise shop
Would never come there again ever

Big, clean well organised. Was able to get jura filters and cleaning tablets which I can't get anywhere else. Helpful staff in coffee department today.

We bought two split systems one large one medium and had trouble on day 3. Never buy RINNAI and Harvey Norman will not refund because the electrician could find the P6 error code when his there

Very poor service - got notification that goods were ready to pick up, went to store and wasn't there.

Flooring staff were unbelievable rude. Go across the road to bunnings. Staff at Bunnings were so kind and helpful.

Ordered game online, cancelled as there was no stock apparently. You need to keep your inventory up to date. Will not purchase from HN anymore will stick to AMAZON

I was a fan of harvy Norman but today I had my worth experience with one of coustumer service in furniture section.

If I could give a minus I would, this place is disgraceful.
Over a year ago I purchased a tv unit only for it to be damaged. The owner PJ was rude and would not replace it so I needed to call headoffice to rectify this.
Just before Xmas I purchased a douna cover set and was told the european pillow cases come with pillows only to discover it did not and the douna cover had a small hole. They replaced it not a problem but the new one was also faulty with several difects in the material. When I rang, the saleslady Annie said I could not return the European pillows only the douna cover for I did not have the packaging and they could not resell it! Mmmmmm
The owner PJ said he will refund everything. He was very rude saying it was my fault it is damaged and never to entre his store again. I rang headoffice and too they were not happy. They are not allowed to resell returned goods let alone returned faulty goods.
The douna cover they gave me had been returned and repackaged. Inside the cover was a tag for a completely different product? Annie told me what difects was on the douna before I had the chance to tell her. She also said it dosent bother some people.
They are rude, should not be in retail, their knowledge of products is very limited and will tell you anything to make a sale.
I returned the douna cover set and will never shop their again.
Such a shame people like this give a bad name to Harvey Norman as a whole.
I will not shop at any Harvey Norman store.
Oh and when I returned the goods today i had to wait for service as the salesman was busy helping a customer with his 4 small items out to his car and obviously stood there and had a chat.
I remember asking for help getting my goods to the car and the response was were too busy.
They look after their own culture and only our money is good enough for them.
I am absolutely disgusted in this store.

Click an collect is slow when electing this store. Consistently take more than 5 days to fill orders (which you know they have in store). Most times it's better just to use Amazon with their quick dispatch rather then go in into these stores.

I come here to print photos and such. The quality and the range of products is fine and great! However customer service could be much better. The cashiers are a little rude and demanding

I have ordered furniture before 2 months that delayed and they don't keep their words.

Great customer service in the furniture department. Met a lovely lady there who was extremely helpful, even walked me to the electrical department and made sure that i was looked after

Well laid and stocked with great staff to help but sadly this store don’t have apple laptops display section. Had to go to another HN.

I just waiting 30 min for computer area staff just talking with each other and playing no one show up

They dont care about there customers I was charged two delivery fees cause apparently they couldn't put 2 things on one truck then when it come it was all on one truck.also I brought a tv (hisense) for gaming cause they said it was one of the best stupid me believed it dont make the same mistake.

Excellent service by the staff at the appliance department! Brought an oven which was in stock, able to pick it up the next day

Everybody's so nice except two salesmen they are so rude for everyone.

The market is more than wonderful, you find all you need and the service team is great. The rating of five stars is a little, but they deserve more.

Great service, good informative salesperson.she was able to give me all the information i needed when enquiring on a new couch.it was very refreshing.
