A big 5 star for Hitesh. He was so helpful and even gave us a big surprise later when he told us we can get a refund because our TV just run on a promotion after we bought it.

By far the worst customer service I've ever received. I've been trying to get a warranty issue on a sofa i purchased for over 2 years with no result. The management has no care.

Classic Harvey Norman up to their old tricks again. My wife bought for my son a bed which she chose from beds on display in-store.the bed turned up and it was completely different.the bed was a different colour and it looked like it was made from scrap timber from a demolition site. Even narrow bits of timber was glued together from even smaller pieces and the marks like damage from something leaning on it. The nightmare to get the guys to resolve the issue is absolutely criminal. Issue still not resolved and the sales guy still rude. We had a similar experience in the tech department when trying to buy a laptop for my autistic son. The manager tried to take advantage when he realised that NDIS was paying for it. Utterly disgusting behavior from the whole team because not one person there attempted to do the right thing.

I would give a minus zero if I could. Terrible customer service for overpriced rubbish. The online store is a disgrace. They have lost my business. Never shopping there again. The good guys are a cheaper and friendlier place to shop with great products. Harvey Norman is rubbish.

We went to Harvey Norman Sunshine 4 weeks ago to order a set of dining table. The table was there on display but we wanted a different chair color. The staff there (a Vietnamese guy) said he can put the order in and said it should take about 2 weeks to be delivered so we paid 20% deposit for it. Now it has been more than 4 weeks and it has not been delivered. We called several times, last week we got the answer it was still in Sydney warehouse and should be delivered down here by next week. Today I called he still said the same thing. Further questioning he then said they still have to order from different company? !? Now I really can not trust what he said anymore. Harvey Norman please be more consistent in your communication with customers and please inform better before suggesting customers to place order.

Click and collect from a store 35mins from my house. Took over a week to be notified it’s ready. To spend 40mins in carpark at clock and collect after following all prompts and a phone call. To be told the person who looks after click and collect orders is late. To have two staff come to my car to confirm order number as all 3 ppl that have asked wrote it down wrong. This was meant to be faster and easier and less hassle not going in store yet has proved to be nothing but a night. 40 mins in car 40mins waiting in carpark. Totally unacceptable and terrible experience with this store. Would not recommend at all.

Went into the store with my support dog who assists me with a health condition and I was stopped saying I can't come in with my dog unless they are an assistance dog. Didn't even get a chance to respond or explain the purpose I take my dog out with me. I only needed to pick up 1 item. I was at another Harvey Norman store earlier in Taylor's Lakes and sat down with a consultant for 39 minutes to set up a phone plan and no one said anything to me. Go to Taylors Lajes store, great service there.

I had a very bad experience here. The female employee named Megan at Sunshine didn't want to serve us because we are Asian! We very politely inquired about the product information, but what we received from her was an aggressive look and a lack of seriousness and she ignored us completely. Totally disappointed!

Cracking service from Vincent, was pretty bummed that Harvey Norman doesn’t price match online shops, however the he included a freebie - the service alone was worth purchasing RRP.

Unfortunatley the delivery courier that Harvey Norman engages is just plain awful. It took almost 3 weeks for a small parcel to be delivered across Melbourne. Appauling service when I made enquiries about it. Harvey Norman in South East didn't have the item in stock, nor was I offered a transfer. Terrible business.

This review is for Harvey Norman Sunshine flooring store.
1. Please check other store details prices before you visit. Their quoted retail prices are higher and then give you higher discount at last you get the same price what other stores are offering, just fooling technique.
2. Harvey Norman is just a name, just small shops inside it with which you are dealing and they make their own laws.
3. I had purchased a flooring, later identified that flooring can’t be put as our floor is uneven which was told to us by other stores that they can’t install on such floors, when we mentioned #1 and about our floor back to sunshine store they did a price match but inserted all terms and condition.
4. If we need to put the floors we have to fix the house which we don’t want to do now and seeing this we asked if the order can be cancelled now they are charging us $380 delivery fees for a product which is never delivered, we asked for harvey Norman store credit they are now offering credit of flooring harvey Norman could have been ok if we could use it in other department, which I don’t think we would use anytime and that is one of the reason you choose harvey Norman.else there are other shops in Australia.
5. I was just wondering if Harvey Norman has some governing and controlling body around this?
Very unhappy with Flooring Harvey Norman.

Place is enormous! Have pretty much anything, prices are negotiable and always able to get the deal sweetened with little to no effort. If they don't have it on hand, they'll get it.
