Harvey Norman Preston reviews
68 Review Audio (Hi-Fi Section) : Good things first, which is, can get the stuff immediately without ridiculous online shopping delivery wait and can see and feel the stuff before buying) which is obvious.
BEWARE of so called stuff experts, do your own homework and simply hand over your shopping list to the billing section, complete payment and get your stuff instead of wasting time talking to so called experts.
The staff was too busy socializing and not enough time with customers
So I went to Office Works instead
Go here a bit mainly for the electronic's, they have a pretty big range of electrical equipment and they will knock a bit of the price, the people i have dealt with have always been really nice and helpful.
So outdated and looking tired. Not sure if it's the system or the training, but even simple transactions have the people behind the desk scratching their head.
I cannot help but think it's days are numbered.
Just average. Staff were helpful though but products were over priced. Lords of room to move and plenty of parking were definite pluses
Harvey Norman Preston is a good store to browse when looking for replacement white goods. Staff present when required to discuss details of products. Parking available which makes store access easier.
Joe in Furniture is the man you want to see. So friendly yet knowledgeable! Huge asset to the company!
Computer section review:
Heavy pushing leasing option, even though I hadn't decided on a notebook, and that the leasing option really didn't fit my needs. Never gave hard numbers which is what I was asking for.
Had them try to upsell a laptop based on CPU alone, my work is mainly using office products, and chrome, RAM is going to matter more than CPU.
Was told obvious lies, I saw the displays on the hp x360 envys had vertical lines on them, "must be the demo software", what demo software? On further research seems to be an issue with the model of notebook.
Reminds me of the used car salesman tropes. Left with a headache, won't be returning.
