I purchased an item through click-and-collect and was mostly disappointed with the whole process. Upon arriving at the store I struggled to get any service from the staff - there were three staff members standing at the counter having a conversation amongst themselves. I had to wait until they had finished before one offered to help me. I showed them my mobile receipt which seemed to confuse them before telling me that I had to pick the item up from the warehouse. There was no offer to help me with directions to the warehouse.

The process at the warehouse was better - they delivered the item to the car for me and were friendly and quick.

I am unlikely to recommend this store to others or to go back again.

This outlet has to be one of the best outlet of all. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I prefer to visit this store for their exceptional service. Highly highly recommended.

Today my elderly mother and I visited the furniture department at Harvey Norman in Preston. Andy looked after us. He went above and beyond, organising assembly of the furniture when it arrives and rubbish removal so my mum doesn't have to do a thing. He was so kind and understanding and looked after us exceptionally well. Best customer service skills and happy attitude which made our experience wonderful. Thank you Andy. You should be employee of the year, every year!

Extremely rude with an attitude from a salesperson in the kitchen appliances department. Kept ignoring my questions and tried to end the conversation when I enquire about a SMEG rangehood.
Decent products/shocking staff.

Harvey Norman in Preston have been incredibly helpful during my dispute with LG over a two year old TV that developed a fault (which LG no longer have the parts to repair). Even though customer services at LG agreed to give me store credit to go towards a new TV, they refused to help with the delivery, installation and removal of my old TV however they demanded I return the old TV to the store as part of the exchange. I thought this was very unfair as the fault was with LG and it was quite impossible to expect me to get such a large TV off the wall and back to the store. After emailing Harvey Norman, I had a call from Jordan who managed to sort out the delivery and installation with LG and even got me a great price on an extended warranty. Overall I think Harvey Norman have been great and I am happy to recommend them. The way they have dealt with this problem and have helped me out has left me with a very positive feeling towards their customer service.

When you do click and collect at the back of the store, they will let you experience the top standard service. When you say hi and hand in the paper to the lady, she will never talk to you just show her hand to you that means give me the paper. Looks like I own her $200 dollars. After that you can enjoy your long time waiting outside the office, it takes forever to get u your stuff. Don't understand if you are not happy or don't want to work, why you come to work and make customers uncomfortable. Better to talk to your boss to give you a payrise, otherwise stay at home or find another one you like. People are here to buy things not to take your attitude.

High ly recommend mariah that works in the furniture section as she was very knowledgable and helpful when we needed furniture for my home, and made sure the measurement were correct before making a big purchase

She was very kind and showed what excepcional customer service is like to which i will recommend anyone and went above and beyond for me.thanks again to the team and i will be back again soon

Just ordered 3 items, WFH Furniture. The customer service is to die for. Within 15-mins of placing the order I took a call from "Andy", confirming the items were in stock & that delivery will be early next week.

If anyone needs to purchase any tech, or get tech support, I highly recommend this store and specifically Josh in tech.
After having had issues with my phone, and going back and forth with Samsung calls, Josh was able to help me and rectify the situation within minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and went out of his way to make the experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. I can not recommend this store, and specifically, Josh in tech, enough.

I just wanted to reach out and say thank you to Emmi (I hope that is correct).
Her customer service skills were above and beyond from the moment I called to order the Sunbeam Kettle King Electric BBQ through to collection just prior to Christmas.
She was very prompt, called me back to confirm they could get the stock in time (as the stock was not in-store) then took my payment and kept me in the loop via phone. Very impressed!
