If I could it would be a Zero. They don’t provide the 12 mth warranty in house as advertised widely and as I outline below and made with difficulty.

My wife bought a TV 2 months ago and they told her it was their supplier that needed to deal with it and made her take the 55inch tv out to her car on her own after carrying it in and no help.

So much for 12 month warranty and advertising. It is not in house warranty. They also pass your details onto third parties when you have confidence in their service. Big no no from me. FYI the tv has a black screen. Simple to see if they plugged it in and tried customer service for once instead of making a woman carry a 55’ tv back out to her car.

I bought an ASKO dishwasher and paid $200 separately for the installation and just chasing for the installation from last 4 days but no action yet, HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. My dishwasher is packed and in the box from the last one week. I'm regretting my decision to go Harvey Norman to buy this product.

Bought a few things here recently. Had to return due to a small issue with my purchase. Things were handled in a friendly, professional manner. Thank you Mary, Daniel and team. I don't normally shop at HN, just due to proximity of other stores, but I will now.

Worst Customer Service, Bought and outdoor Setting, Got it home unboxed it and the table is damaged foot prints on the instructions, re tapped box, all the powder coat is flaking off, so reboxed it to swap it over and they refuse to swap it over, they say the manufacturer has to be contacted for a replacement, I didn't buy it from the Manufacturer. Under Consumer Law you are to Replace it or refund, Contacting the ACCC Today and VCAT

Great service from Ali and co, business MrBbs delivery through Harvey Norman. Sms day before advising of the allocated time slot, then phone call 20 minutes beforehand. Very bulky items delivered, and it was done with great care and very positive for a Friday. No bulky packaging left behind, thanks guys!

My Everdure bbq was delivered in time for Christmas and service from Justin was excellent. Would recommend

Good big store but pushy salesman.who talked to my friend so quickly he didn't understand what he was buying cause he's still a little bit unsure of language.by the time I realised what was happening he bought the expensive laptop.taking advantage of people is discussing.

Black Friday sales on Laptops were pretty reasonable, don't bother with the extended warranties they push, Consumer protection is just as good

I had queried about an air fryer but wasn't so keen on purchasing on the day.a lovely consultant (Laura-from memory) had provided me detailed comparisons to both units in question and had also shared personal experiences to assist with my answers.she also went to the effort to check the best prices/discounts she could offer at the time.was not pushing me for a sale and was patient in answering my numerous questions.i would definitely come back based on this experience to buy the unit if not for something else.

Wouldn't waste my time. Waited 30 mins to buy a couch and recliner. I was the only customer. They can't even handle 1 customer imagine if they have multiple customers

Even though they are a bit expensive, they will price match if you see a similar product cheaper elsewhere, so i was happy also staff very helpful
