Dr. Kirthi Kumar is extremely negligent and blatantly over-services; booking appointments with seemingly no plan of action, talking himself in circles to fill out the time. Kirthi Kumar is careless and refuses to accept any level of accountability for his negligence.
These issues have been raised with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency) and hopefully will be dealt with accordingly.

I see Dr Ravi and he is the best psychiatrist I have ever had. He is also a very kind man and genuinely cares about the well being of his patients.
The reception staff are also friendly, helpful, and accommodating when possible. The fees are reasonable, and the consulting rooms are clean and modern.

My experience with harvester has been nothing else but brilliant i have an absolute fantastic psychiatrist, i have moved around a lot and experienced many services and physicians, for the first time i actually feel that there is hope!
She is very attentive and a good listener, very knowledgeable and that is important in being able to get the appropriate treatment. And i have found it!

Pretty terrible to say the least. Don't waste your money here. I wish I read the reveiws before coming here. Very similar experience to other people that gave one star. Pill pushing and 10 minute appointments. Nice reception staff though lol

I was very, very disappointed with the psychiatrist I spoke to.

He was barely interested in hearing about my problems, instead just constantly insisting I take medication. He offered absolutely no advice or help at all that wasn't "go to the doctor and ask for these tablets. "
He asked me to come back with documents from my childhood, and when I did he barely skimmed over them before again insisting on medication.
He even completely misread one document, and when it was pointed out to him, still missed the point (plainly stated) that it was conveying.

Someone working with those who need help should take much more interest and care in their well-being, and not just try to push medication on them.

Be very careful if you go here.

I just thought I'd contribute with a positive review in an otherwise ocean of criticism about Harvester. I don't want to go into detail, but like most people who would go here, I was in a pretty desperate place. I saw Dr. Kiriella and she was very warm and empathetic. She is a very great active listener and put some light onto my conditions and helped develop a plan for me and helped open a path forward for me.

So, my first appointment at this clinic was OK, the doctor I got seemed decent, easy to talk to and such. However, my second appointment things changed. I was scheduled for a 5: 00PM appointment but during the day I was contacted to ask if I could come in at 3: 00PM which was fine. I arrived at 2: 50PM and the receptionist even said thanks for coming in early. At 3: 00PM my doctor comes out and calls another patient in, this annoyed me a little but it only got worse. At 3: 30 I was called in, and I know my doctor was running over schedule, but I honestly don't even think he remembered my name let alone the stuff we had spoke about 3 weeks prior which he didn't even get that correct, he thought it was 4 weeks prior. I was repeating things that I had already discussed and he just didn't even seem to be listening to things I was saying and going off on some unrelated tangent. Next thing I was pretty much being pushed out the door, and I thought that was a really fast appointment. Then I checked the clock and I was only in there for 12 minutes of my 30 minute appointment and I still had to pay $200 for this! Straight after that he calls in another patient while I was paying the bill. I couldn't believe it, I really wish I had to balls to say something then and there about it and now I'm just kicking myself that I didn't say anything. Needless to say I won't be returning and I advise any other people reading my review to look elsewhere if you are concerned about your mental health. Although my doctor was a likable sort of person, he was not a competent doctor and I really think it's just about the dollars for him. At $1000 an hour with how short my appointment was ($200 for 12 minutes!) I certainly did not get my money's worth.

Non sense Doctor.it was my worst experience ever I had.
He ignored my difficulty in total and instead trying to convince me a disorder with something he had in his sick mind just to proscribe a massive dosage of gangrenous pills with highly side effect pill.

He has done exactly same scenario with two other peoples I met them there prescribed them the same pills.
He was shaking his leg fast and continues during an hour consulting period, it seems he had a serious mental problem and need to be treated before try to diagnose any one else.
I'd give him no start if I could as he wasted my time and 2 months waiting period and wasted $325 with out any outcome

I saw Dr Assadi in this clinic for nearly two years, and I’m really pleased with his service. He was always kind and accommodating. I found him very helpful. I will turn to him for help without any hesitation if I need to in future.

I believe that having a good doctor and psychologist are important when you’re facing a big problem in your life. Having friends that you can count on is an utter bliss too. I have been fortunate that I've had great people around me who have stood up for me throughout the tough time.

I'm grateful for Dr Assadi's great help. Last year my partner was going through tough time. Its hard to see our beloved one was going through problems because of what she didnt deserve at all. We were afraid of her life at some point and prayed to God a lot.

I went in and met the doctor a couple of times. He was exceptionally helpful from the very beginning. He talked with both of us for more than an hour in the first session. We both trusted him and felt very comfortable with him. My partner has beat the problem and feels much better now.

My family and I are very happy with Dr Assadi and his great service. Most importantly, I must say: Never lose your faith in God.
