The salmon fillet was cooked to perfection! The skin was crispy and the flesh was juicy. The zucchini with pesto added a punch in flavour. The green smoothie was sweeter than I anticipated, delicious

Nice friendly staff and service with a great variety of offerings on the menu of Harvest Food Store. Great for a coffee break also and a Soup, if it's a cold day weather wise. Toasties and Smoothies are also handy for the quick snack attack! P

Small but friendly place which has some organic grocery items to purchase, serves decent food. Had the chilli scramble, coffee and chai latte. The chilli scramble wasn't very spicy, but the eggs were cooked well, the pickle salad was a nice counterpoint.
Menu isn't too extensive, but has sweet and savoury options.

Had a big breakfast and asked for an iced latte both of which were great. Staff were lovely & friendly and owner definitely knows his business as I asked a couple questions about my meal prior to ordering and he was happy to help. Poached eggs here are done perfectly - runny yolk with firm whites. Loved it!

We really enjoyed our meals - I chose the chilli scrambled eggs with the pickled vegetable salad. My friend enjoyed the herby eggs with pesto, same accompaniment. There were many gf options to choose from, so I'll definitely be returning.

This place is so well run and friendly and the owner is a great host. If invoice id give it 20.stars coffee is brilliant to.

Late brunch for 2 today. Staff warm and friendly however, nice ambience in the store/cafe. Almond chai was watery, tepid and lacked flavour and although it was kindly remade and brewed for longer, it came back not much improved. The coffee was bitter and also tepid.
The meals came out looking reasonable but were both lacking in flavour and could have easily been "zhuzhed" up with some simple spice, garnish or condiments. Avocados on one of the plates seemed somewhat borderline (oxidisation), salmon looked discoloured and didn't taste fresh.
Overall disappointing, mainly because of reading such glowing reviews - expected a bit more than just average.

I’d say this is one of the best coffees places in the station st. The service is amazing, they are friendly and the food always amazing. Pastries are fresh and flavoursome

Curiosity got the better of me, so it was only a matter of time before I breakfasted at Harvest. Be back soon. I had porridge and fruit toast, cappuccino and hot chocolate.

Simply the best food, delicious, local produce, organic. Diverse range of healthy takeaway options. Eco products to purchase, organic bread, Mork chocolate, Oasis pottery, Casabarista coffee makers, Greenduck bags and more! A absolute credit to owner Andrew who is always smiling like his staff. Treats customers like family.

Harvest makes me so happy! The staff are warm and genuine, and I love that I'm able to get fresh bread, organic groceries and brunch all in one place. Unpretentious and seriously underrated local cafe.

I have been going here for the past few years since moving to Fairfield. The food is delicious and they seem to have a knack for incredibly delicious takeaway foods, which have made the lockdowns here in Melbourne slightly more bearable. I highly recommend their soups. The friendly and animated staff also contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

Underrated place. At first glance it looked like just an average vegan cafe but the quality of the food is top notch. Not as accommodating to toddlers due to the busy nature and lack of high chairs but the food is just delicious and I'm not usually a fan of vegan restaurants.

I have been visiting Ceders for at least 25 years. I love Lebanese food, enjoyed learning alot about variety from the shelves of spices, sauces, pickles, sweets.
Highly recommend and coffee is good too.

I have been a customer here for years (even previous when it had a different name - Organic Gertrude) it has always remained cool. The store has owned the bohemian communal vibe of station st for years dating back to when this shopping strip was as dull as anything and organic produce was only just starting to take action, things are now changing, the idea of "organic" is booming and hip people are flocking, HAHA AND STILL, this is the only alternative joint on the street. I would test out other cafes nearby and get turned away from the trappy music they were playing, disrupting my sought after experience, instead i resort back to Harvest which i did today and was served with delightful, welcoming and a tranquil service, what more could i want.

I recommend the sesame seed sourdough, ive been purchasing this loaf for over 10 years and funny enough have travelled the world extensively in those years aswell, but when asked recently "what is one meal that I have a fond memory of? ", it would be a toasted slice of Harvest sesame seed sourdough with a lathering of butter and Vegemite. Another great option that they have are juices, I am not positive if they still them, but a fantasic mix of ginger, carrot, cellery, orange and apple was always made and purchased.all in all.
