Used to be great but has difinitely gone down the tube. They are closing down so no point in pointing out their issues with stock, store layout, ect.

A good place to find quality items at heavily reduced prices however it is hard to find staff on the floor if you need assistance and a lot of unmarked (prices) items requiring a price check makes shopping difficult. I will buy what I am looking for but as for impulse purchases I have not got time to try to find out the price of all the items I might be interested in therefore I will not waste time looking and this might explain why this place is closing down.

Prices are pretty good, they always have specials in store. If you are buying sports wear they don't have a lot of sizes so you have to get in quick.

Decently sized Harris Scarfe. Got so many things for our new home from here. It's great that they have promos and discounts pretty much all throughout the year. The layout of the outlet is pretty organised. Staff are helpful as well.

I wish they had more brands in the kitchen appliances section such as Kenwood, Philips and so on.

Always have sales on the products and good quality items. However not enough staff i can never find a staff member to get help! Always have to go to the registers and wait for the staff member to call someone out

This 1 is tidier than others I've seen, but pricing still remains a mystery, when you find what you want and the box price is different from the RRP on the sale poster?

Conveniently located in the Pacific Epping Plaza and have wide variety of cloths and kitchen items reasonably priced. The kitchen items are the best. Have lots of branded cutlery etc. The clothing and shoes are for men and women only. Sadly no kids items. There is always a sale going on upto 40 percent at least. Have good quality Christmas ornaments near the season. Staff are friendly.

Huge 50% off sale when we went and the store was chockers! Staff were still doing a great job with the crowds; management needs to get more people on during these sales.

Careful what you buy! I brought a pillow as a gift which the person did not like. Two days later I went to return it sealed in its original plastic and box and the staff wouldn't return in, telling me they don't refund pillow, I asked where it states this as its says nothing on the receipt and nothing in store.i was told I was supposed to check the website and that the staff member would have told me at time of sale. SHE DIDN'T! After much arguing and her smelling the pillow she finally refunded me my money!

Disgraceful service. Was charged full price f o r item. Queried it as ticket clearly said $50 off. Checkout girl radioed for a pp rrice check. Was told there was no discount ticket. I walked back and collected the ticket to show checkout operator. I t h e meantime the checkout operator and person who checked were laughing at me! No apology. The checkout then undercharged me by not ringing up one set of sheets. I corrected that by asking her to check. No thanks for the honesty either. Disappointed.

Great store. Clean and shelves were well organised. Some great deals. We bought a cast iron pan. Great value.

Nice and clean store, easy to locate any product. Most of the time sale is on, so you can find good quality products at low prices. Very friendly staff.

They have a good range of affordable homewares for the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The quality and range of clothes, not so much.

Great variety of Kitchenware.bit sick if have bags checked upon exit, should design a seperate exit for customers after paying. Clothes sizing is a bit off and quality of clothing material can be poor.

ALWAYS come here for your kitchen, appliances and bedding at 75% cheaper for brand names! Love this place.

Very neat displays first thing in the morning. I like to look around women's fashion to find a bargain. The current 30 p.c. Discount is good!

Great sales, but a bit of a mess though, prices weren't clear on many items and no checking station. Bit frustrating. Bit good quality items on sale
