Harris Scarfe - Epping

The only negative thing that I noticed was there was only staff on the register and no one to help you if you had any inquiries. The change rooms were unmanned and was positioned in the ladys area only. Was not sure if it was a unisex change room and staff at register were very busy and did not want to line up just ask a simple question.

Too long waiting in the registers. Need more people to help customers on the floor. Had to spend 10 minutes searching for someone to help with a product related question.

Thank you to Emma and Dee for making my shopping experience so amazing. Great customer service and such friendly staff. Keep it up! Will definitely be coming again.

A great store with lots of variety of daily essentials and clothing. Good price and customer service.

Not a bad place to shop can have some great specials just keep eye out as some prices can be a bit high

This place is ok but can be a little expensive so when things are on special buy what you wanted.

I wasnt too impressed with the prices or selection of goods, but their homewares have some nice unique items for gifts

Came today for some pillows and had the pleasure of the worker named Zac to help me! So helpful and knew everything about the product I was purchasing. Saw him help another 3 customers after me and even managed to say bye after I left. Thank you Zac, keep up the great work legend.

Confused staff.they simply could not comprehend the problem i was having and why I had to return a product.they kept slapping a completely unrelated policy in my face.it's a pity though, because the products and sales tend to be pretty good.maybe it would be a good idea to educate the staff here on good customer service.

Great place for clothing that is a bit different, the wait at the registers was a bit long as only one person was there.

Vg store wth quality goods and clothing, ths is a store i always visit whn i visit epping plaza 4/5 top store and so vry clean and the staff are helpful.

They sell you the stuff with big sign saying we accept returns but in very small letters they have exceptions and not all mentioned. Half the stuff has no prices. You can hardly have someone to help you. Generally Missy and not organized

The price tags didn't match the catalogue price (fail). The Sales Assistant that (a) showed my wife the slacks she wanted; (b) offered to get her size from the store room out back; (c) advised her Manager of the Pricing Mistake; (d) was the Store Greeter who thanked us for Shopping at Harris Scarfe as we left with our purchases.she will probably be the reason that we would return to the Store again. She truly loves her job and is a true People person.

Worst phone experience. It rang thorough twice so I waited 20 mins. Then I get through to someone and she says she will transfer me to the right department but hangs up on me. I call back and she apologised which is fine then transferred me to the correct department. I ask the new lady if she has a particular dish set and she said one sec I will go look for you then hangs up on me. I try calling back 4 times in a row and it just rings out. Staff must be too lazy to go check. They don't offer a click or collect online or let you know if they have stock on the website. I'm 8 months pregnant I don't want to go all the way there if they don't have what I'm looking for. Get the with times or have better customer service *eye roll*

Good store with every thing it's from merchandise to cooking you will find reasonable all time of year

A pretty good store to visit. They sell good products. Whenever they offer good discounts from time to time, I surely do not want to miss out on any of them.

Had an air fryer that was not working. The team at Head office and the Epping store were amazing in dealing with my issue swiftly and to satisfaction. Great customer service

I been to HS lots of times but unfortunately they did have in stock what I was looking for. The re-socking needs to be more efficient.

Very good store for bedding, all sorts of doonas, covers, sheets, mattress covers, electric blankets, pillows etc. They also have kitchen and laundry wares etc.
