Harris Scarfe

Love coming to Harris Scarfe when I visit Ballarat. There are always plenty of sales and value on the huge variety of products. The store is immaculate, and the staff and service are excellent.

We got the best bedding products & a few other bits on special.really good prices, helpful staff.contentment!

Staff was so helpful and ready with informed advice. Wonderful. They also have great specials.

Normal Harris Scarfe. The staff here are always very helpful. They seem to be keeping their cool in the lead up to Christmas too.

Always clean and friendly, and have mostly everything you are looking for house wise, lots of cloths to picknfrom as well

Had the absolute pleasure of meeting Helen, honestly the most helpful wonderful sales person I have had in a long time listens to your needs and wants in a product and gives you her honest advice on a range and nothing is a bother or an effort it was truly a lovely time in Harris scarfe yesterday because of the staff.

Had exactly what we wanted, great range and great sales too. Felt very pressured at the registers to sign up to the loyalty program. Which knocked off a few stars for me. We were in to get what we wanted and get out. And the lady on the register just kept going on about the rewards program even though we said no thanks.

Great ranges and great prices. Rediscovered and loved shopping there. Will make it a regular spot to shop.

I love the kitchen department, so many lovely things, but I don't like their ladies department, old ladies clothes

Today was my first visit to Harris Scarfe in Ballarat. I had to buy jeans for a new job. Im a plus size person and dislike shopping for clothes. I asked a young lady by the name of Charli, to lead me in the right direction and too help me find the right jeans. Charli was awesome, she made the entire experience great and because of her, I will return.
The other young lady at the checkout, who served me was a sweetheart, too!

A quick search here but couldn't find brush except for dog one! Do like the discounts available!

Drove over 1 hour to return runners that didn't fit me and the silly manager said she couldn't resell them due to being worn I indicated I tried them on for 10 minutes walking around my property and she wouldn't accept it, disgraceful!

Can't complain, love their selection of animal mug and coasters they're just the cutest, never really talked to any staff except for at the checkout or them checking if im double vaxxed.

What a gem this place is - everything in one place, logically organised and staff who not only know their product but manage demanding customers respectfully without putting others aside to meet the demands straight away. I'll definitely be back!

Ballarat. My medical status is none of your business. You missed a $1000 sale today. If you support discrimination you will lose many customers. You made me feel like a leper!

We had 3 items missing from an online order and spent 5 weeks attempted to receive an outcome from Harris Scarfe Customer Care without success and much frustration. Contacted the manager, Connor, at the Ballarat store. He listened to our concern in a courteous manner and has now replaced the 3 items. Once again many thanks to the staff at Ballarat for their excellent service and care. Very pleasant experience and great outcome thankyou.

Though i like shopping at this store the experience of using ths change rooms is sickening. I have never been in any store where the change rooms stink so much. Maybe even a fan may help but i will never try anything on again there. I will just return items in future.

Hopeless service. Still waiting for a refund after 2 months when product returned promptly & complaints lodged. Never shop at this store again. Ripped off
