Average shop like many others. I bought a discounted shirt that is very poorly made. The full price was $80 and I wonder who makes these highly inflated price tags for something which is worth $25-30 in any retail shop.

Been trying to call 5,6 times and no answer to try pick up my click and collect order no pick upVery disappointed

Not a special if you can only buy it by joining. Don't care its free to join. False advertising. Huge signs telling you its on sale but then the small print. Everytime i forget and go in it reminds me harris scarf is a con and i leave without purchasing anything.

Store is good but staff is a big let down! They act like stone! Rude to the core and have no sense of customer service especially the staff on checkout counter!

The lady on the floor was so rude. She is on the floor to serve the customer with respect. She lacks that.
Learn to respect the customer first. Choose your words. Serving them would be secondary.

Stay away from this people. Bad custormer service. Feel like one star is also more then they deserve.

Store is good. But old lady at counter is very rude. At counter we gave 6 nicely folded clothes, lady unfolded it while billing (not sure why) and didn't even folded it while handing it over.

We even asked her to help us to fold them because there was line after us and it was taking time to fold all of them.

She told she will do if we buy carry bag from them. She was rude and no proper manners to customers.

Place is good for shopping but the lady at the counter was very rude. I purchased and item last year and it become faulty within one year warranty, due to lockdown I sent email to company regarding this, in revert company asked me to return this item in store when store will open after lockdown, when I asked that lady to rerun the item she said it’s out of warranty and can’t be returned. And she rudely said next time when you buy an item keep in Mind about the warranty of the product. She was very rude. Will think twice before going to that store, don’t want to counter that lady in store….

Great shop an generally amazing staff but this mornings staff member on counter looked like she needed a hug, some food an the stick up her a$$ removed cause she was just oozing unhappiness today.

Used to be fairly good. Now another discount store business model. Full of cheap/low quality stuff.

Been here once and despite not even living in the 90s.this shop resembles what a department stores looked like back then.basic and lack of color.

Has an exstensive range of bedding and appliance products, but it's lacking in it's clothing range, especially for men

This store is good for your needs in the area, and located in the shopping center building.

Be sure to see department website and deals, and your selected item availability before you go there, as the local area new home settlers are keen on new and half price products.

Parking is not an issue, park on the back of the car park if you have concern on crowded front parking area, where you relax and walk to the store.

Went in to pick up a coffee machine that we saw were on sale. Ended up getting others stuff, whoops

Some great sales and offers this weekend for Father’s Day.

The staff are always so friendly.

And shelves are well stocked with a wide range of products and styles to suit any home interior.

We also picked up extra towels for the guest bedroom and a nice top up for our own personal towels. It tend to forget that Harris offer fashion and not just homewares. I have to go back on my own to try out the shoes, winter boots should be on sale for spring time.

This store reminds me of their Sunbury store's very similar layout. Nice presentation and customer service. Fully stocked. Prices are a bit on the higher side.

I find that this chain if of stores is good prices are reasonable in most cases. Usually paying is quick and easy. Friendly staff.

This is nice store and friendly staff there. Pretty good collection of kitchen and home stuffs, men/women clothing. Would be great if they can add kids clothing as well.

Pretty good store. Often hard to find the right price for this though as the shelves and hangers are all jumbled up in the kitchen section. It can also be pretty pricey if your not careful

Small department store and layout is a bit basic but nonetheless customer service was friendly and helpful. You should be able to find some great bargains on quality items at Harris Scarfe
