Store is good but staff is a big let down! They act like stone! Rude to the core and have no sense of customer service especially the staff on checkout counter!

Pretty good store. Often hard to find the right price for this though as the shelves and hangers are all jumbled up in the kitchen section. It can also be pretty pricey if your not careful

The lady on the floor was so rude. She is on the floor to serve the customer with respect. She lacks that.
Learn to respect the customer first. Choose your words. Serving them would be secondary.

Place was less crowded. Need to check the clothes before making a purchase as U could see finger prints

Big store with lots of varieties for your home. There isnt many staffs available though. Affordable if they have sale.

Great staff there a lovely young lady helped me out, bye one and get one free, but only had one, she went out the back and found more

Whenever I go tarneit shopping center I must go and see there offer. And it is not single time when I came empty handed. Good discount and range of homeware stuff.

Michelle was very understanding and kind after another manager was rude and condescending. She helped us with the refund ans was a lot nicer.

Excellent collection of quilts, mattress toppers, cookware, dinnerware- among many other things.

Used to be fairly good. Now another discount store business model. Full of cheap/low quality stuff.

Been here once and despite not even living in the 90s.this shop resembles what a department stores looked like back then.basic and lack of color.

Has an exstensive range of bedding and appliance products, but it's lacking in it's clothing range, especially for men

This store is good for your needs in the area, and located in the shopping center building.

Be sure to see department website and deals, and your selected item availability before you go there, as the local area new home settlers are keen on new and half price products.

Parking is not an issue, park on the back of the car park if you have concern on crowded front parking area, where you relax and walk to the store.

So glad to have a Harris Scarf back in this western suburbs area - I was very sad when the old Werribee Plaza store closed. Such a great store for homewares, linen, bedding. AND they ALWAYS have great sales happening on quality products! A must visit for new homeowners.

I love shopping and I love a bargain, however it's the customer service I receive in any given store that is the real decider! I've shopped at this Harris Scarfe store several times and can honestly say that the staff (on every visit) are always on hand to assist if needed, they are genuinely friendly and happy and it certainly makes for a nicer shopping experience. The team members at HS Tarneit should be commended for their excellent customer service!

Was after a sale item that was out of stock. Check out Lady did everything she possibly could to find a solution

Stay away from this people. Bad custormer service. Feel like one star is also more then they deserve.
