Hi, just wanted to share that I had an incredibly beautiful and seamlessly comfortable experience working with Zahra. She answered all my questions (some of them pretty naive testing one's patience. Well, Zahra did not lose any while answering all and rather made my property hunt a super pleasing experience. For example, tiny though it may sound, but her gesture of relaxing me by saying that she would take a video of the property in absence of a floorplan or virtual video, just made my day. I was a tenant who lived in a 2 bedroom apartment in Brunswick, managed by Harris Leech Property. My property manager was Shaun Kali.

I've been renting in Melbourne for a number of years. Shaun is easily the best property manager I've ever had! If you have any issues or maintenance requests, he gets straight onto it and is very reasonable. He responds to e-mails within 24 hours and if you call him, he either picks up your call or calls back within 5-10 minutes. If you've got no issues, then he leaves you to it!

If Shaun's your property manager, you're in good hands! I only left the property, as I bought a place elsewhere and now live there.

I have just got off the phone after speaking with my property manager, Sarah. I was so impressed with her diligence, professionalism and caring nature. She took time to listen to my concerns and made me feel comfortable and at ease with what I am currently experiencing due to a neighbour.

I was a tenant and the property was managed by Sarah Krizmanic and I have always found her to be responsive to my queries and guided through each step of the way. Also, she assisted me greatly during the end of lease cleaning and was generous towards me as I was not able to spend much time owing to some personal constraints.

Overall, I have had a extremely positive experience with the agency and being a renter for 6 years, it would not be a stretch to say they have been the best agency to deal with.

No recommendations, just for cheap price appartments them call every reference. Treat like us scamer. And the end for long time wait and waste time. They say Unfortunately on this occasion, the owner has decided to accept an alternative application.

We have had Haris Leech as agent for over 3 years and they have been absolutely amazing. Daniel has been very quick to respond to various request raised and gets them resolved quickly. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to rent out a property from them.

We queued with maybe 12 other people for 20 minutes to view an apartment today in Fitzroy to view an apartment that wasn't what was advertised on the website. There was 12 photos attached to this apartment and not one was taken of that apartment. Don't understand why you'd want to waste everyone's time, but don't be so sneaky.
