Abby has been a dream to work with, she has great communication and interpersonal skills as well an ethical approach. Sarah and the Harris Leach team have been a pleasure to deal with over the last 15 months. As a tenant at a property they manage I can say they have been very responsive to any needs we have had and have made our rental period very easy.

Shay Farrall has been our landlord's agent, for 3 years of our tenancy. She has been such a delight to work with.

I work as a disability and mental health support coordinator. Last Saturday my client had a confirmed viewing at a student rental in Hawthorn. After registering on the website and speaking with the managing agent we arranged a support worker to assist the client with the viewing and application process. 15 minutes prior to our confirmed viewing, the client received a cancellation notification on the tenants app. I immediately checked the website which still had the property and viewing listed for viewing. I rang the managing agent who didn’t pick up, and left a message. Within 10 minutes the website had removed the viewing, but still listed a second viewing on Thursday.
After receiving no response from the managing agent I reached out to the director and manager. I was informed that the viewing went ahead and they received 10 applications on Saturday and subsequently leased the property.
They advised it was a computer glitch, and my client was the only person to receive a cancellation notification. They apologised.
As someone who advocates for some of the most vulnerable people in our community I’m disappointed that they would behave in such a cavalier manner, with complete disregard to my client, and the other people that had registered for the viewing.

Harris leech is as an amazing real estate to work with. They made things so easy and we’re very amazing with updates and quick to respond when I reached out. Shay in particular helped me so much, she was the best! Thank you so much:)

I have been a tenant for properties managed by Harris Leech for a couple of years now.

After some unlucky experiences in the past, working with Shay has been a breath of fresh air. She was great to work with during the entire tenancy, and was very responsive to calls & emails.

Most recently, our current landlord decided to move back home and when my lease came to an end, I was struggling to find something (hello rental crisis). Shay did an incredible job of easing the transition & assisted me in finding a suitable rental within a week to ensure I had somewhere to go - and in the same area too, which I was so grateful for.

Although she’ll no longer be my property manager, I had a great experience & believe my next manager (still Harris Leech) will be just as good.

I’d highly recommend this team.

Worst experience with this agency. Had lease with them for 6 months, terrible experience with them. I wish could give them negative hundred but couldn’t. 1 is the maximum they deserve. Ms. Abony ludlow was the agent. Did all the cleaning process, sent the receipt for carpet cleaning. Didn’t bother to check emails, now deducted from bond. Been living on rent form last 5 years, this agency is the worst. Never had such ridiculous experience ever.

I love the way everything is done so quickly and efficiently without fuss. Would highly recommend this company if you're looking for somewhere to rent.
