Hanoi Pho

We had dinner with my lovely friends for my late birthday dinner. The Pho soup with the doughnuts, springs roll wrap with rice noodle and the hot pot was super yummy and fresh. The best hot pot in Williamstown. Must go back again.

Pho salad and Pho rolls are my favourite all the time. So fresh and delicious!
I’m Vietnamese and was born and raised from the South. I have never tried the Pho rolls before. Thank you Ha Noi pho for bringing such a delicious dish to Melbourne. 2$/ a roll can you believe it? I thought it’s small but it’s not! I love the taste of the herb, veggie and beef. Everything together is just perfect and refreshing.
Pho salad is also nice. Try the chicken one! The combination is just so good for the heat.
Service: staffs are friendly and nice! Love it

- I highly recommend to avoid the Pho rolls. If they have enough Pho maybe just stick to that…

Either I’ve given an extra star as they are just starting out. Otherwise they were terrible (the pho rolls) but the staff are super nice.

The best pho in town. I’ve tried a lot of pho in Melbourne and nothing can beat this place. The soup is full of flavour even it doesn’t have strong smell of star anise or cinnamon. Real pho only needs basil and a note of ginger to smell authenticity. The meat is so tender and the texture of the noodle is up to my liking. The pho goes really well with crispy chinese donut. The donut here is also well taken care of, very crispy. When you eat, just need to deep it with the broth for it to absorb some flavour then enjoy. Not a fan of pho roll but the beef is marinated well and has a wok flavour to it. The fish sauce is nice and pairs perfectly with the rolls. Will definitely come back to this place when I’m in the area. No photos attached, will take some next visit.

I have searched for authentic Hanoi pho for quite a long time and this restaurant is the answer! I went here with two friends, we had chicken pho, pho salad and pho roll and they’re all so good! Lovely people and good vibes. I’ll definitely come back.

Delicious! Soft opening with limited dishes but what we had was so good. Love the special sauce with secret ingredients and hot chilli mix.
Can't wait for the full menu and great value!

As authentic and traditional as you can get. Not your average 200-dish Vietnamese restaurant. Specialised. Small menu. Very tasty.
