I have been a regular customer past couple of years,
(Basically placing same order on repeat)
Food is delicious but today I have been treated very poorly by stuff. I have ordered vegetarian noodles and requested ****NO MEAT****
Called them up to make sure they understood the order.
When I received the order and my meal had a meat in it, so I called up and asked about it.they provided me with Uber number but unfortunately they advised me that someone from restaurant has to call them to resolve the issue.
I got a phone call back from one of the stuff that was extremely rude - yelling at me that I’m making their life difficult and not to order there anymore, along with other rude things.
I’m feeling really upset and I think this could be resolved differently, especially that I am very regular customer and been coming to dine there with family and friends on regular basis. I have been recommending this restaurant many times.
I am currently pregnant and this left me quite distressed.and shocked that someone can speak to the customer like this. Very very disappointed.

EXCELLENT HOME DELIVERY OPTION
Hanoi Mee is (mostly) Vietnamese cuisined restauarnt in Port Melbourne that offers a good range of high quality dishes.
This review is of their home delivery (via UberEats).
*menu range*: very good and has decent vegetarian options within the menu.
*price*: reasonable
*delivery and packaging*: packed very well, no leakage and food still appropriate temperature on arrival. Relatively fast.
*food quality*: very good

We ordered calimari crab rolls (nice texture, crepe skin and not oily), pork belly (good flavour but a little tough), prawn dumpling noodle soup (generous serve, good flavour), vietnamese beef gnocci (a bit of a fusion dish but actually works well!), wok tossed greens (Ok but lacking a bit in flavour).
All up - $98 for two (with some left overs for the next day!)

Amazing food, one of our favourite places to eat in or takeaway! Delicious.

The food here is excellent, we have tried every Vietnamese in the area but keep coming back to these guys because of the freshness and quality of their product. More than highly recommended! Just yum!

Absolutely amazing! All of the food was so tasty and fresh - favourite was the soft shell crab buns and the prawn dumplings. Can’t wait to come back!

Best Vietnamese food in Port Melbourne. Book ahead or go early. Sunday $10 cocktails! Awesome beef Wagyu noodle soup.

Great service. The beetroot & mushroom rice paper roll was delicious as was their prawn noodle soup.

We had the rice noodle gnocchi and red curry.
Yummy! Next time i'll have the gnocchi to myself I think.
