Bought a RapidTune 'VIP' Voucher, wanted a refund, been leaving messages at the message service for weeks now. Messages constantly being flagged as 'urgent' and constantly told that a call was expected on the same business day. Have yet to receive a call. Place is a scam, don't trust any representatives from this company.

This workplace is so good, friendly environment with amazing bonuses and saturday parties. Amazing working experience.

These people are so cool, they are nice people, they work so hard and introduce good offer to people, I love them!

What can I say. I worked with these guys for 6 months and absolutely had a ball. I had soo much fun and worked with a very supportive team. I learned so much about personal development and made a lot of money.

Worst company in the universe. And very disrespect workers and stuff. Head up and don't buy vouchers from them. They are just trying to deceive you.

I recently bought a Rapid Tune voucher for me and my wife’s car. I just had my service done last week and I was so impressed by the Rapid Tune Chadstone garage. The professionalism, the care and prompt service. I can’t thank Hannah Group enough for introducing me to such a great mechanic. Thanks Guys.

Our security staff at Burwood One Shopping Centre in Victoria are constantly chasing your ‘salespeople’ off our property as you have never requested nor been granted permission to conduct your business in our car park or any other part of our property. The fact that they run away when they see security means they are well aware of this fact.
Please let your ‘salespeople’ know that if they are found trying to work in our shopping centre they will be issued with a banning notice and charged with trespass on subsequent visits.
All ‘salespeople’ from Hannah Direct Group are to cease and desist from attempting to conduct your business on our private property.

DO NOT buy the vouchers from them as you will be tricked into paying for more than you have to. Bought a discount voucher of # RapidTune # which is automotive services place. Through a guy from Hannah group companies, I took my Toyota Camry for the service at one of RapidTune branch, after a guy has checked my car gave me a cost of $1150 AUD, for front and rear brake pad and disks, air filter and general service It was included all the discount I bought from Hannah Direct group! If I did somewhere else it won’t cost me $600 without discount!

One of their sales guy met me at the Clayton shopping centre and was asking me to buy their car servicing certificate and he wouldn’t take no for an answer and was keep on pushing me to buy. I told him that I need time to decide weather to buy the certificate or not then he promised me that if I don’t use the certificate I can get it cancelled and refunded at any time. Believing his words I brought 2 certificates and then upon discussing with a colleague who had experience as a car mechanic decided that the certificates are not worth it and immediately asked the guy who sold me for an refund and he said he cannot refund it but his office will be able to refund the money for me. I called their office Hannah Direct and was told that some one from their cancellations team will call me in regards to cancelling the certificates and the refund. An hour or so got call from the cancellation team and he said that he will not refund me my money, upon asking him numerous times for refund he said he is out of the office and he will call the next day but didn’t call me. I called him he didn’t answer and sent me a saying can I call you later. I waited a day more and I called him same msg again. I called almost 4-5 times and every time the same message and they didn’t processed the refund till now. I made a mistake believing their sales guys words. Up to you guys if you also want to make the same mistake. I am feeling duped of my money and am proceeding with consumer affairs to get this fixed. Definitely I won’t go with Hannah direct again and also will advise my friends not to buy any of their products or services.

Great experience to work with the team in Hannah Group. The training and working environment are very profesional and give a lot of opportunities to progress professionally but also as a person. Recommended for people who aren't afraid of challenging themselves!

The worst customer service I ever had. I call them more than 10 times and it takes more than one month until I got my money back. The girl in the Adelaide office just lied to me and convert the phone to Sydney repeatedly.

May be a great place to work but who knows? Not a great start for my daughter I just drove for 30 minutes to get her there and missed other opportunities for the day because they didnt clearly communicate it was a full time position.
