Had one of their salesman knock on my door trying to sell me a car servicing voucher, told me my my next door neighbour had just purchased one.i spoke to a few people in the area, all of which he told this story too, which was untrue, Can't be a great product if you have to lie to sell it.

I had a lovely young man by the name of Nathan come and see me. I would just like to point out that Nathan had very good customer service, was very kind, efficient and well mannered. Even when I threw negatives at him he came back with positives. He will go far! I wish him the all the best! Thank you:)

I have never been so disappointment with the customer service of a company before. I've been trying to organise a refund from my RAPIDTUNE voucher, from this company for more than over a year. I have been told many times by their Victorian representative, Maria, that she will call me back to organise a refund. I have yet to receive a call after leaving numerous messages and voicemails. I also involved the ACCC, and my bank and they all informed that they were never able to get a response from anyone. They suggested to me only way to get my money back is to take legal action which I'm highly considering in doing. This is a ridiculous amount of effort which should be a simple request. Shame I can't give a zero star rating as 1 star is 1 too many.

I had below issue but management from Hannah Group reached out to me and did whatever was necessary. I am satisfied with their follow up service.i have changed my one star review to 5 star one. Customer service is something which decides that either you are going to stay or disappear. I am confident that Hannah group is here to stay. Good luck guys. =

Never ever buy Rapid tune vouchers from these guys. All lies. I called Hannah group and left my details for Joe to call back never heard anything from them. Very disappointed and feel like tricked.

Its been two months, purchased rapid tune voucher and wanted a refund as it wasn’t what we expected, were told differently (firstly the rapid tune Derrimut- didn’t picked up the call for almost two weeks then when finally they picked they provided different info related to voucher than were provided first hand). So contacted Hannah Group and kept leaving the messages at message services for almost two months, every time they say someone will contact you but been waiting for ages nobody contacted yet for the refund, already mailed the voucher back to them.
So basically no service and no refund- where is my money.
Please don’t buy rapid tune vouchers as once its sold they don’t are about the customers or issues they are facing. Very very disappointing service from Hannah group. Not even one star they deserve for the customer service I am getting.

DO NOT BUY Rapid Tune LOYALTY CERTIFICATE! It's not for Free.
They will charge for oil and all other extra services listed on the certificate are discount, not for free.
You never get refund from Hannah Direct. What they say is all lies.
Worst marketing company.

BEST COMPANY IN THE UNIVERSE!
Hannah Direct changed my life. I came back from traveling the world 17 years ago and was dead broke but ready to work hard if I was given an opportunity. HANNAH DIRECT gave me way more opportunity than I could have ever hoped for and now I live the lifestyle I couldn’t have even dreamed about 17 years ago.

Please dont work at this place especially international students they make you work like slave in the end no salary will be issued for the comissions first they will impress with their word of mouth talks please dont fall in the trap.

Do not buy car service vouchers from this doggy guys. Its a fraud and you wont get your money back. I was trying almost 3 months to get the refund but I event cant reach a person to talk with. Shame on you Rapid Tune.

Do not buy rapid tune vouchers. They will charge u extra for oil and other services. And also their stuff are disrespectful when u r trying to get refund. The worst company ever. They just worry about their own benefits and not providing good service for customers.

Joe got into contact with me and processed my refund. Guided me through the process of it and explained any qualms I had.

Bought a RapidTune 'VIP' Voucher, wanted a refund, been leaving messages at the message service for weeks now. Messages constantly being flagged as 'urgent' and constantly told that a call was expected on the same business day. Have yet to receive a call. Place is a scam, don't trust any representatives from this company.

I'm a backpacker and I was just looking for work to safe money for my travels. Now I got stuck and its way more then work! The atmosphere and the people are like family and I'm so happy to work here!
