After two years of day in day out use there was a small glitch with my Husqvarna Auto Mower. After talking to Hampton Mowerpowerl, I took the mower in and in five minutes we were ready to go. You couldn’t ask for better service, nor would I use anyone else; you guys are the best. Thank you

I purchased a top-of-the-line Honda lawnmower, and found the customer service was exceptional. Upon arriving at Hampton Mowerpower, my Honda was all ready to go accompanied with a full explanation on how to operate and maintain the mower.
All together, a great experience in which I shall recommend to others.

They patiently spent the time to explain and demonstrate the features of each mower and answered all questions, displaying great product knowledge.

I have been waiting for a Briggs and Stratton mower engine now for 9 months. The seller has never given me an update in this time and can never give me an exact date of arrival when I contact to get an update on where my order is. I am still waiting for the engine that I purchased Christmas last year with still no estimated time of arrival. The seller said that the engines were on the same shipment as all the other sellers in Australia. All other sellers now have the engine back in stock and yet the seller still can't give me an indication of when I am going to receive my engine.

Thank you to the staff at Hampton Mowerpower for providing friendly, helpful advice when my starter cord wouldn't work on my new chipper. I was then able to clear a jam and start the chipper again. Very happy with the new chipper.

I purchased a Husqvarna petrol chain saw in Nov '20 from Hampton Mowerpower. I explained to the salesperson that I needed something that would start with minimum effort coz I had shoulder problems, he was quickly able to sort out what would suit me & I have had a trouble free experience from using this saw for the past months. The guy presented with product knowledge, friendliness & customer empathy, a tribute to his skills indeed.

We gave in our mower to be fixed. Everyone in the shop seems to be in a hurry. Didnt even give us a call to check if the repair is worth the cost. Just gave us a big bill without explaining. Very poor experience.

I purchased a petrol lawn mower for my elderly father today. Hampton Mowerpower team went out of their way to help us find the perfect mower, it arrived personally delivered, all set up and they explained how to use it. I cannot recommend Hampton Mowerpower highly enough.

Extremely unprofessional, avoid at all costs. Advertised goods, received payment and then delayed shipment citing covid. Then refused to supply saying the fright cost was going to be too high and that the advertised price was a sale price and the cost had now gone up and demanded more money. So far failed to provide a refund. Am contacting consumer affairs.
