Got our items as advertised. Out of stock items meant it took a little longer however a good experience all over. The quick reply to phone contact is always appreciated.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS! I ordered a generator as it was listed as in stock. After 3 days I heard nothing from them so I called him. He told me he was out of stock and I'd have to wait 2 months for it. I asked for a refund as I needed the generator now. He said he would refund minus 3% surcharge because I was cancelling the order! I refused to accept that I was cancelling, he was not able to supply. He refunded me minus 3% I am not out of pocket hundreds of dollars! He refuses to see that he is falsely advsertising the generator on his website and then when people find out it's not available he then takes 3% of the order amount, I told him this is a business fee that he should wear not me.
STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHODDY BUSINESS OWNER!

Received my Chainsaw in the post. Good product, value and service. More info on extended warranty would have been nice.and I had to request an invoice where one probably should have been sent with the product.

I could not buy the Chipper/shredder that I wanted in Tasmania, so I called Hampton Mowerpower in Victoria. They had what I wanted. The heavy machine arrived 6 or 7 days later. Excellent service and even a follow up call to see that all was OK with the product. Thankyou Mike.

Even through I did receive my Honda 22i generator and it arrived quickly and safely, it wasn't a quick and easy transaction to get there. Had to jump through some hoops first to identify who I was and where it was being sent. But very happy with the product, just not the customer service.

Great advise, great price, great service. Fonz called me to follow up after my initial enquiry, none of the other shops did, very happy with my purchase.

Placed an online order on 16th March and received an email advising 'order was being prepared for shipment.and we will notify you when shipment is sent'. Heard nothing and followed up on 21st March using the email address advised on the order confirmation. No response so phoned on 28th March where I was advised that 'item was in stock but hadn't been shipped yet as I needed to pay an extra $20' (on top of the $15 delivery charge already paid when order was made). No-one contacted me to let me know this would be the case so asked to cancel the order. Was advised that they would 'have to deduct the shopify fees.which should be a couple of bucks'. Got the refund today with $8 deducted for the privilege.

I bought my Lawnmower Honda HRU216M3 Buffalo from Hampton MowerPower and Fonz made it easy to choose. Pretty easy transaction and friendly smiley advice and time to show me how to use it. Awesome.

Sadly my mower was running terribly after being serviced by Hampton Mower Power. I was unable to start it, they turned up the engine speed to mask a carburetor problem and used a very cheap spark plug and charged $240.
After taking it back to them and being told there was nothing wrong with it, I took it elsewhere to be repaired. It now starts first go and is back to running perfectly smoothly and I was only charged $130.
Always happy to pay when a job is done well.
So disappointing to feel so ripped off.
