First time attending Hamilton Medical Group, I found them to be very friendly and the doctor was extremely thorough.

We see Dr Teo and find her excellent. Always greets you in a friendly manner and does not rush you out the door; and has a genuine interest in your well being.

The Hamilton Medical Group is a really warm clinic. The staff are lovely. My doctor has been very helpful. It’s a huge business but everything flows well.

Always great service here. But it's very frustrating having to wait 3 weeks for appointments with one's regular doctor.

I am impressed by how caring and organised the HMG and staff are. Every time my family and I deal with them it always seems to happen with the minimum of fuss. An example recently when a 3yro had a bad cough, one of the doctors came and checked her in the car behind the clinic. Between consultations, reassuring the panicked infant and grandparents that it was not whooping cough. That is over and above all any one could ask of heath services. Greatly appreciate all you do!

This is a very easy way to get to talk to your doctor in the first instance. I had to see in person but after talking on phone this was arranged. Thank you so much

Very poor treatment of a teenager, A few good doctors and staff members, but most doctors here only care about lining their pockets first and actual health care is not a priority!

I have been a patient of Dr Leesa Walker for 6 weeks now and I am nothing short of impressed. She is dedicated, professional, friendly and nothing is a problem. I'm very happy and have absolutely no complaints.

Extremely pleasant staff, on the front door and on desk. Waiting room wasn't overly full and appointment was on time.

Be careful about the doctors that you select at this clinic, Some amazing doctors that would go out of their way for you and then sadly there is the other end of the scale, I'll use Dr Jan Slabbert for example, Not sure why he is in health care as he would do much less harm to people if he wasn't, I could never understand the whole ego thing with doctor's and this one will risk you or your child's life instead of treating them like a human, Don't they say in the doctor's oath, Do no harm? So when an ego and lack of care is involved, That doctor should not be working in health care

on the front fence somewhere or possibly I could not find (No 12 was well indicated)

HMG have handled the Pandemic very well They have been pulling out all the stops and have been doing vaccinations. Great job guys. I'm getting my vaccine in a couple of weeks

Extremely disappointed and let down by Dr Bowman. Only local doctor who can treat my heart and refuses to because I missed appointment due to my son being born.

Very knowledgeable, lots of testing equipment. They bulk bill pensioners, who ever heard of a specialist doing that?

Very fast efficient and effective all staff were friendly informative and organised job well done in our small community
