Very positive, nothing is a problem for any of the staff. They are always very polite and helpful.

Didn't have to wait long to see a Doctor, very attentive and unbelievably thorough service.

Very good GP service and GPs are always keen to complete a comprehensive assessment rather than focusing only on the presenting problems…. Always there to provide the best medical care…. Majority of the admin, nursing and other service staff members at the clinic are friendly and supportive…

The Doctors that are left are excellent and it must be very frustrating for them to be working short staffed all the time, unfortunately trying to obtain an appoinment in a timely manner is extremely difficult.

Good doctors but absolutely horrible receptionists. Miserable and unhelpful, if you are like that find another job. People go to hospitals at their most vunrable and to be treated like that as a first contact is absolutely un acceptable.

Absolutely useless, got to book atleast 3 weeks in advanced. Had an infection that got super gross before anyone would see me. The emergency room where equally as useless

On this occasion I saw Dr Lunz. He was excellent and cannot fault his professional role at HMG

Based on several appointments over the past year, some (not all) receptionists are very short-tempered and unhelpful, making me and others feel uncomfortable. The last appointment I had, I let the first receptionist know that I was here, waited for ONE HOUR then asked if something had changed.she forgot to sign me in and I had to reschedule with no compensation for something that was not my fault.

Dr. Walker is amazing, she will listen to you and offer options for you to take. The other reception staff are also lovely and welcoming as you walk in and out.

Being a new patient It was a bit daunting at first, but the staff were all friendly and helpful, they soon put me at ease.

Not enough staff at the front reception to book in always have to wait for up to 12 minutes and have been late for my appointment because of this

A caring, smart and astute Doctor who listens to what is being said. I feel so very comfortable when I have an appointment with him. His care pathways are specific and realistic. I recommend him to people I speak to.

Arranging prescriptions by phone is so much easier for my 84 year old mother. She can have a friendly chat in the comfort of her own home and is relaxed and happy during the process. The doctors are wonderful, helpful and kind. They are also conscientious in their work, which is much appreciated by all of us in this household. Thank you Hamilton Medical Group.

I do work at HMG.
But as a patient? I can only say that I have been treated with respect and anonymity. Which means allot when you do work there.
I experienced empathy, non-judgement, and excellent health care.
