We stayed in a camp site and couldn't believe when we got there just how close to the main road and shops we were! There is a beautiful river we were lucky enough to be right in front of with a fire pit ready to use.
There are kangaroos everywhere which was so cool.
The camp kitchen and bathroom were basic but clean
This was our first stay but will definitely be back!

We stayed here on 15 August and as usual, it is a very peaceful caravan park - wildlife coming up to the cabin - emus, currawongs, kangaroos etc - and quite surreal. The only irritant was a person in the next cabin who had a large black dog off leash chasing wildlife. We found this very distressing and hope that the caravan park institute procedures for every cabin that indicate dogs must be on leash at all times. As wildlife conservationists, while we applaud dog friendly caravan parks, - dogs and cats pose an enormous threat to our wildlife.

Honestly, charging you for not doing the dishes? What’s next, make the bed before you leave?
You also know now, all the dishes are not professionally cleaned, but just quickly rinsed or just dry wiped from previous guest.
And don’t advertise internet and then tell people at check in, only restricted internet, and then you find out.most times none at all.

Great location, beautiful surrounds. We stayed in one of the old budget cabins - despite the age, it was clean and convenient, and great value for money. The kids loved the kangaroos and camp fire!

Excellent location. Right central to everything in the town and lovely to get a visit from kangaroos. Big plus for us as well was they are dog friendly. We recently stayed at another campsite just outside of the town but was too far out so loved the convenience of this one being right in the centre of everything we needed. We were only here for 1 night and arrived when it was dark and had to leave early morning but was still a good park to stay at. Can’t comment on facilities as we didn’t see or use them other than the toilet block which were fine. Overall happy with our stay. Thanks

Expected more based on reviews. Asked for more toiletries, management refused saying they were 'complimentary'. Isn't the definition of this FREE.stayed in a cabin which was a bit dated.

5 for the location and generally the park and access to the hikes.
The share facilities though, such as kitchen and bathroom definitely need a lift.

Paid for a night powered site. Lot41.
Its super convenient as the shops are just across the street. The parking area is slightly tilted. The tree branch is kind of low. Had to adjust the vehicle to deploy the tv antenna.

Very pleasant stay, in the perfect location for walks and bike rides.
Amenities are showing signs of age but in good working order and cleaned regularly.

Couldn't get a better location unless you camped halfway up the hiking tracks. Right in the middle of town but also quiet and among the wildlife. Kangaroos all over the place to view even from the cabins. Perfect place to start any of the popular Grampians hikes and right near the Venus baths if you fancy a swim.

Very bad experience. Dirty toilets without soap and bad camping side with so much dog's poo. To turn on the heat plate we need to put the coin and it was still not working.

I would have given 4/5 if my report of safety hazard had been attempted to fix before I left.
Pros: (1) It was an absolutely joy to be greeted by kangaroos on our arrival, morning wake-ups, and after our hikes in the evening. (2) The park locates in the centre of the town, walking distance to all the shops and stores but yet super quiet at night. (3) Fast and strong hot water for shower and soaking in the bathtub. (4) We had quality sleep thanks to true premium deluxe bedding and quiet neighbours. (5) Our cabin has acceptable cleanness.
Cons: (1) The sofa was old and saggy. What’s worse, the zipper of the sitting cushion turned out to be really sharp. I am 30+ yrs and fit. I was just pushing myself to stand up from sitting on the sofa. My right wrist happened to scratch the zipper and the cut immediately started to bleed. I reported the issue to the reception office the next morning. I was told “I would send the boys to have a look at it”. Nothing had been changed before we left. (2) The wifi sucks. Reality is no wifi although it claimed to have provided. (3) Windows cannot be locked. Climbing into the cabin through the windows is dorable, although we were told “this had never happened”.

Lovely park, in a glorious setting below the escarpment of the Grampians!
Staff super friendly and helpful.
Loved the wildlife that regularly visits the park, especially the kangaroos and cockatoos!
Park very conveniently situated at the town centre.

The location is very convenient. It is right at the centre of town, infront of the playground and community swimming pool.
Booked last minute for an unpowered site camping spot for 1 night stay but had to book for 2 nights minimum.

Stayed at breeze holiday park. Great staff. Happy to rebook thanks to Covid-19. Send confirm email every time. Clean cabin. Quiet, relaxing and great value. Everything you require in cabin for cooking. Only one downside dishwashing liquid use to bottle, we had 3 sachets. Like to do dishes 2 times day stay 3 days. Only problem.

Stayed at Breeze Halls Gap for 4 days.
Centrally located.
WiFi was a lifesaver as the Mobile network didn't support.
Neat and clean Cabins.
After hours check-in was a breeze.
Cabins are centrally located within stone throw distance from Public Swimming pool and botanical garden.
Walking and hiking trails originate from just beside the park.
I would definitely recommend this park and would choose Breeze Halls Gap for my next visit to Halls Gap

Beautiful place to stay as you will be one with nature. We have morning visitors (family of kangaroos, cockatoos, wallabies). Located in the centre of Halls Gap. About 30 mins walk to Venus Bath. The playground is metres away. The public (with a fee) pool is near the park too. Very convenient and highly recommended especially for families.

We stayed 3 nights at breeze halls gap and we absolutely loved it. The beautiful mountains surrounding the park, atmosphere, lots of kangaroos and clean and tidy cabins. Location is best as it is 1min walk to hallsgap shops. Kids have so many open spaces inside the park. There is also halls gap swimming pool just across the park. We will surely come here again soon. Loved it!

This was the first time we stayed in a park, and we were pleasantly surprised by how clean the cabin was! We chose the Couples Spa Cabin, which costs ~ AUD 150. It was spotless, had great space for 2 people, the bathroom was decent, and a great functioning spa.

The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials. We were able to cook dinner without a fuss.

The bedroom was cosy, and the bed had built-in heaters. Space is small, but it was enough for a queen-size bed and a small cabinet.

There is an aircon in the living room that can be used as a heater. You'll just need to keep it on for a while before feeling the difference.

There is a parking spot right next to the cabin. But the biggest highlight is that kangaroos walk around freely around the park, so you will end up seeing them outside the cabin, especially early in the morning.

The park has close proximity to the town, so you are very close to the supermarket, cafes & restaurants.

Highly recommended
