There is Absolutely nothing good to say about Hawthorn Carpet Court, PAUL is the Rudest Person I’ve ever had to deal with in my Life, we were ripped off with the price he
Charged us. Every time I called to ask a question, he made me feel nervous & would never give a straight answer, he also would hang up the phone on me saying he was busy, he had me in tears on many occasions. When I tried to ask him what we were being charged per metre, he would ignore me & hang up again & again. I don’t like giving bad reviews but I must in this case. Even his Carpet Layers told me he is rude & there have been numerous Complaints about him. I called Head Office & put in a complaint, no one bothered to call me back, not good. I finally got our other rooms done by Carpet Court in Preston, they were amazing to deal with & gave me a great discounted price.
Paul go get a Life & go back to school to learn Manners.

Tried to get my floor boards done with them for over a year. Very poor service, ended up using Solomons instead who had it done in a week. They just didn’t seem like they needed my business, very slack in calling back and following up. Other reviews say similar, don’t waste your time with them, go somewhere who actually want your business.

I had Carpet Court Hawthorn come and do a measure for my communal staircase and had been awaiting the quote for over 2 months. When I called to follow up with the quote (expecting maybe they had the wrong email address) I was told they have decided not to do communal spaces anymore. Although this change, I had never been notified or contacted to apologise, but told to go somewhere else.

Halls Carpet Choice in Hawthorn were sensational to deal with from the start of the process of selecting our carpet to installation. We dealt with Paul and he was approachable, knowledgeable and very service oriented. Office staff managed invoicing efficiently and when we changed aspects of our job on the day of installation to include extra ramps, they had these delivered immediately and installed. This company ticked every box - price, customer focus and reliability. I could not recommend them more highly.

Had a brilliant experience with these guys. Nick was terrific to deal with and helped me out of a tight spot by turning things around really quickly. Carpet he suggested was perfect and the install was seamless and done well.

I highly recommend this business to any customer. Joe at the Hawthorn store provided such great service and care from ordering to installation. The carpet looks fantastic and the communication and prices were so much better than every competitor we dealt with (in the quoting stage). These guys just cared so much more about our business and really did a great job! He even arranged, at a great price, to have our offcuts overlocked. We are now enjoying these as rugs in our home.

Rob gave us exceptional service and recommended beautiful carpet and underlay. Our carpet was provided in stages (they stored the same batch until we were ready to lay it in a further extension). It was laid quickly and on time. The installation team also created efficiencies so we didn't have any seams, and had some left over pieces we could make into mats. Rob has great after sales service, also attending to any queries or additional info/issues we had quickly and without question. Love the carpet, love the service! Trying to keep the work local I went into the store looking for a quote for an insurance job and was refused because it didn't 'gel' for the staff member? Terrible customer service.

Excellent service and good result, soured by the theft of my expensive cordless drill by one of the installers. Company denied responsibility.

Poor service. Extremely poor.

Installation date was booked 3 weeks in advance. Make alternative arrangements on that day to assist in the facilitation of the installation.
Was not notified of the installation date changing (without our consent), was only made aware of the revised installation on the day before it was originally proposed to be installed, after we proactively called to confirm the date of installation.

Unfortunately, has not been a pleasant experience.

Went into Halls Carpet Hawthorn after requiring a super quick replacement of carpet prior to relocating properties. Paul helped me find carpet that was identical to the carpet at my property. Paul arrived on time to do the measurement and had the quote out to me fast. The carpet was installed within the 2 week I urgently needed and looked fantastic once laid. There was some mild lack of communication regarding installation date changes, but ultimaltey the issue was resolved very fast. Overall, I would definetly recommend Paul and his excellent customer service. Thanks for helping resolve my huge issue so promptly.

Went in, chose carpet, got rough quote of $2k - they sent a person to measure - one flight of stairs and small area. Roughly 6 linear metres. They then apparently decided they wouldn't do the job - and didn't advise. After following up - they said they are not interested - only will do easily single level simple house jobs. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Wasted my time. Avoid this store and their hopeless sales people.

Rob is a complete fraud. Stole money, lied, misinformed customers. Avoid like the plague. This is a bad business that does its best to rip off customers. AVOID.

My carpet looks wonderful and was installed very quickly and painlessly in one day.he price was much lower than for exactly the same product as quoted elsewhere.

I had such a bad experience with these people & would never use them again. A warning to future customers, just go elsewhere! You will be able to get the same carpet somewhere else and save yourself the heartache. I just paid a second (independent) guy to fix the installation that should have been done right 18mths ago. So frustrated.

Bloke didnt turn up for measure and quote and then they were in no rush to reschedule when I called to find out what was going on. Don't bother.

Staff were very knowledgeable in terms of the carpets available, and they provide sheer quality within their carpet making techniques.
