Great variety of products. However the customer service is terrible. I do not understand how you allow your staff to behave in such an embarrassing manner. It was by a larger woman who used to have bright red hair but now has a brassy blonde/brown. I am speechless.

The overall store custom service is well bellow par!
The staff whom work their don’t seem to know what they are talking about almost as if they making up the answers to your questions on the spot with absolutely no prior knowledge about stock in which they are selling. Also the piercer which was working on Thursday 5th march around 11.30am amidst serving me stopped to go and serve someone else then proceeded to take them out the back to change jewellery and what not and made me wait even though I was their first and waiting to get a piercing! Overall very poor customer service. Won’t be going back.

Brilliant piercer Tay I think was her name, made my little girl feel so at ease before her ear piercing. She was precise, quick, caring, and it hardly hurt at all.

Had my helix pierced here, the piercer was so kind and friendly. Very, VERY helpful with aftercare and information about the procedure. She was comforting and clean and I would highly recommend coming back for future piercings:)

Some of the best customer service I have ever received!
I returned a hair curler that I had bought online that began producing a burning smell and short circuiting every time I plugged it in.
The girls at this location went above and beyond to get a new curling iron into my hands and we're so apologetic when they didn't have what I wanted in store and had to get it sent from Doncaster.
They made the whole process so stress free and handled the situation so well - could not recommended more!

My daughter had her ears pierced here. The lady pierced her then said she'd made a mistake and did it again. There was allot of blood and pain for my daughter.
The end result is both holes are very uneven. We now need to close the one that was pierced twice because it is so high a sleeper touches the base of her lobe.
They should stick with hairdressing.

Very good staff.friendly and helpful. Not a large store but stilll a fairly decent range of haircolours, shampoos & conditions, styling products and also stock ear and body piercings. Also has a salon attached in rear of the store, I cannot answer questions about this however as I haven't been to a hairdresser in over 25 years! Lol

Horrible customer service every time I go in. They are more focused on upselling than actually answering questions or helping.

Great customer service but never go there to get pierced. All of 3 i went in for didnt come out right first go, blamed my ear shape. We abandoned one and redid another. After 90 minutes in there I just wanted to get out. Will have to find someone else to redo them. Extra fees not mentioned in the ads. Go somewhere else. On sale piercing jobs here is just as much as other places not on sale.

I cannot comment on the hair services, as I have not used them. But I had some piercings done by Ruby. She was awesome! Really patient, professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend her to anybody considering piercings.

Very skilled colourists, and it's half price on Tuesday! The new remodelled salon looks amazing too!

I just had the best "basin experience" of my life when Isabelle washed my hair, what she can do with those fake nails and fingers is sublime. Superb doesn't even come close. I love the job that the proprietor and her daughters do of creating brilliance out of my hair. The rest of the team are just as friendly and this is a great reflection upon the management.

I would find a way to give 6 stars if my experience came with a hand massage during the hair cut and a head, neck and upper back massage while waiting for the haircut to start.
