I had the most awful experience on Tuesday at a local hairdresser and Lily from Hairhouse Warehouse Greensborough was nothing but accommodating when I showed up desperate, sad and completely broken in need of someone to fix up my hair. She worked magic on my hair in under an hour but most importantly she was kind, gentle and sympathetic. I will forever remember this. Thank you Lily.

Emma did an amazing job on my blonde foils. She got it don’t to a very high standard when I was in such a rush to get somewhere afterwards. Nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely return to Emma. Thank you!

I had a great time with Leah. She evened out a number of home bleach and dye jobs to get a beautiful consistent crimson colour! I am so happy with how it turned out!

Ourania’s service was absolutely fantastic! She really took the time to give us advice and run us through how to fix a bad blonde. She was amazing!

Olivia was amazing. Transformed me from someone I didn't recognise to the one I feel on the inside. Had the full works. Full colour, foils, treatment, cut dry and cut again. Amazing. It's the best experience I've ever had. Cannot thank you enough for helping me today Olivia. I'm so excited about going out as about to the openings and exhibitions I have rather than feeling dowdy and embarrassed about how I look. I have my sparkle back thanks to Liv. The whole team helped out and the atmosphere is very positive and supportive. Highly recommend. Thanks for everything.

I went their just for some advice on my nose piercing that I got done a few weeks ago and the blonde lady attitude was absolutely horrible I was being so friendly and asked if it looked infected and she just was nasty about it usually love going their but honestly pull TF up and I won’t tolerate it next time lol

My 5YO had her ears pierced by Laura and Caz (I hope I got the names correct). Both technicians were brilliant, they explained the procedure to me and made sure both myself and the kiddo felt at ease. It was a manual piercing using the needles which I wasn't expecting BUT it was swift and even on both sides. My daughter didn't even cry or flinch

Went in for a quick haircut late at night, friendly staff, great customer service at a great price!

I have given this hairdresser 2 visits, certainly did not come away with the colour I asked for, was told my colour details had been wiped from the system, went back to have it fixed and left with no difference made, spent $200 on a colour nothing near what I wanted. Spare yourself the upset and cost, go elsewhere.

Grand daughters had their ears pierced at Hairhouse, and the girls there were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend the piercing service here.

The hairhouse salon canceled my appointment twice and I am very unsatisfied with their customer service! Do not trust

I went just last week - Melbourne is in a state of slowly easing COVID19 restrictions but the law currently is that if you are indoors, you must wear a mask. Considering the small size of the salon, and that they were fully booked on the day I went, social distancing was not an option, yet with hot air being blown all over the place from various dryers, only 2 of the staff members had their masks on at any given time. Many wore theirs firmly scrunched under their chin so they could talk freely with customers or one another, and a few would wear them under their nose, only to take them down whenever they spoke.
Despite all their signage declaring how "covid safe" they were, the staff members flouted the laws freely and many customers followed suit. Considering the humid, small space they work in, it's only a matter of time before this salon becomes a hotspot.

The Staff member Jay-Lee was fantastic.my angel.she assisted me with getting a extremely 'stuck' ear ring back on the post.not stuck to the ear at all.
We had tried desperately at home with pilers etc.but she chose the correct tool.it came off quickly and easily.she did not hurt me and was very understanding.
Before we entered the piercing room.she got all the necessary paperwork done. I have worked in retail for over 30 years.
It was good to see a younger staff member being so capable. While being very good at her customer service.
She also assisted me find a hair product. I didn't know the name.
I gave very vague information.
I did know the brand. L'ORÉAL.
She went straight to it.she has good product knowledge.
I am 59.she did not make me feel silly or forgetful.
This girl is suited to customer service and much more.
If I was a mystery shopper
I would being giving 10 out of 10.
Shopping in your store made my day. Spot on HR department.

Rude workers, unhelpful and elitist.
I don't know which products you do and do not sell, hence why I am skiing, whether or not you can buy it at the supermarket (which I couldn't) dose not mean I should be berated in front of your staff and other customers, you could have tried to upsell me if you were any kind of sells person but instead you turn your nose. I'm a male who know nothing about womens hair products asking for help, And maybe your happy to lose this sale (not that's it's your call you are hire by someone else to sell their products) but I am a male who keeps a well maintain breed and I know your business sell those products so you're losing more than just this one sale, and hopefully other will read this and just shop online like I'm going too. Thanks for nothing.

Went on a Monday to have a haircut was asked to sit down and wait. Fair enough. I was the only one there apart from people getting cut. Sat there for 30 mins while the haidresser took her sweet time to cut some pensioners hair and once that finished she said "excuse me I have another person to cut before you, it might be quicker if you go to our other store". Thanks a lot. Obviously she couldnt tell me 30 mins ago. There seems to be no queue system anymore. Just walk in sit down, wait for 3 other people to walk in after you and have their hair cut first before they attend to you

Last minute booking as life was in turmoil, really kind and understanding staff, who helped me on the day with my hair.

HHwH Greensy has been my local for more than 17 years. Both the salon and floor staff are incredible. The wealth of knowledge that these individuals have passed on to me has saved my hair more times than I care to mention. Their honest and professional opinions are always welcomed. I am always greeted with a friendly face and professional manner. Even when I dash in there 5 minutes before closing. They are always willing to help out. To management, know that this team is a fine tuned unit who genuinely love what they do and the people they work with. The extent they’ll go to to for customers is nothing short of exceptional. To Romina & Steph in the salon, the beautiful Miss Ruby (who I will let puncture my flesh any time she likes) Bec, Jess, Suzie, Johnny & Gigi, thank you. You hold the brand to a standard that cannot be compared.

The customer service is amazing here. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond with any enquiry I have. Couldn’t speak higher of them!

The whole team is lovely but Stephanie is amazing. Highly recommended for both colour and cuts.
