Got a couple of piercings done today, the piercers work was amazing she has a very light hand and great price. Would recommend to anyone who wants piercings.

Just popped in to get some hair products. Very polite humans there.

A few months ago I came into this store and was served by the manager and her sister. They were very unprofessional and said to myself that I wouldn’t be coming back to this store. I came in this morning with my sister as we needed hair product and was urgent but was glad to walk in because I was served by lovely girls with great customer service. And was glad to not see those girls in there today

Wouldnt even give one star! Terrible customer service, was treated very poorly, will never go back. I had a daith piercing done at another hairhouse and I got a salt solution after care for it from there, when I ran out I decided to go closer to home to the hairhouse at Broadmeadows, I purchased 2 bottles and was given an antiseptic cleaner, I just went back to the store to exchange one unused bottle because ever since I started using the antiseptic which is the Only thing that has changed since I got my piercing done! It swelled up more again, it's very tender when cleaning which it wasn't prior and it's also bleeding, I was told it Would not be from the antiseptic, sorry but I know my skin at it reacts to Everything! And I was told that both solutions have the same ingredients! I know how to read and they do not have the same ingredients. The base may be the same but one has alcohol and antiseptic in it and it does not agree with me! The otherois basically saline! I have photos from when I got it done, how it was progressing with the salt solution and then how it became when I started using the antiseptic and also how it was when I used saline from my work for a few days, you can see the swelling eased, the bleeding eased as well, and then ran out of that and I had to use the antiseptic again, reluctantly and you can again see the swelling has gone up again.
I got terrible attitude from the piercer there and the other customer service lady, absolutely disgraceful way to treat a customer! Learn how to deal with people in a better way because it was absolutely shitful! Being asked for a receipt which i never received in the first place, I also spent almost $100 on hair care there and did not get a receipt and the last told me I Would have for one! I definitely did not! I then got asked what the person who served me looked like! I see heaps of faces every day, I do not take any notice of what people look like! And I got attitude when I said I didn't remwmber. Don't try to tell people you know more about their body than they do, I've lived my my body for 32 years! I know what it's like. My skin even reacts to bepanthen, a BABY rash cream, I get hives from it. So I know for a fact from when I had my piercing to now and how it was progressing with the healing, that the antiseptic did affect my ear. Thank you very much!

Really pathetic service and experience.give you a different quite at the start and then mint too much money on top at the checkout by just giving lame excuses and treating you like pay and get lost. My hair is naturally curly, and their straight iron curls didnt last even 4 hours because they literally spent total 10 minutes on it. I feel like I was robbed.

My recent customer experience at Hairhouse Warehouse was remarkable, I went into the store to find products for my daughters damaged hair which results in extreme hair loss. Thanks to Wade specifically, who had served me, not only did I feel comfortable and satisfied with the service provided but I also left the store with products my daughter now loves. Thanks Wade, I will be sure to return:)

I've been to hairhouse warehouse before and my other experiences were better than this one.

The sales woman who pounced on us as soon as we walked in the door was very aggressive. She grabbed items off the shelves without asking me specifically what i wanted to do with my hair (after she made me feel crap for not just getting them to dye my hair for me). She took the most expensive and biggest products and when i asked if i would actually need that much she assured me i would (again without actually knowing what i was doing). She then added item after item onto the list of things I'd need; brushes, shampoo, conditioner, some other kind of hair repair stuff that she didn't explain at all and brought them all to the counter totally around $130. (This was after she had a loud argument with another customer who was upset at being charged or quoted a price that was different to what she'd initially been told).

The woman was abrupt, pushy and rude. She obviously wanted to get us out of the store as quickly as possible after buying as much as she could convince us too.

Her very obvious sales tactics were to overwhelm us quickly with the most expensive products she could, make me feel foolish for asking questions about products i didn't understand (and therefore making me mistrust myself and go with whatever she said) and rush us to the checkout before we could catch our breath.

At the start of our conversation when I said I wanted to do the dye myself (because it would be cheaper) she asked me how much i thought it would cost for someone else to dye my hair. I said $200, she responded with $150 (acting like that wasn't a lot of money) and I think because of my reaction to that (that it blatantly was a lot of money) she tried to sell me as much as she could to prove her point that it would be cheaper for them to just do it.

In the end we said we'd have to go think about it and could she hold the items for us, and she said no. So we left and didn't go back.

She had gotten me up to $130+ I went up the road Chemist Warehouse and bought all i needed for around $20.

All in all it was terrible customer service and because I'm a softy/sensitive type not only was I almost conned in to spending 6 times as much money as I actually needed to, but it also stressed me out and ruined a bit chunk of my day.

Thanks Hairhouse Warehouse, I'll see you in HELL! Lol. Not really. But I won't shop there again. Chemist Warehouse all the way!

I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews on here, but in the end I was very pleased with my hair.
I had a lady named Shirley do my hair EXACTLY the way we discussed and she was honestly so professional and very friendly. My new regular.
