My friend Got her nose pierced here and payed EXTRA.to get it done.these staff member persuade you into buying stuff that is out of ur budget and just plain rude.she payed 75$ for her nose piercing and just 2 days after with it got pulled out by the wind making the piercing she also spent extra for bent and her nose start bleeding. 0 stars don’t go here

Just don’t.
I got my ear pierced here and they used a gun instead of a needle and really rushed the whole process. I felt like I couldn’t ask any questions or even be warned about what not to do with the piercing. On top of that I wasn’t told the price until the end which was double what their other store said just the day before (their piercer wasn’t in). I understand that could’ve been the other employees fault but I honestly think they shouldn’t wait until the end to charge someone.

The store manger was so helpful I only came in to get heat protector I ended up buying haircare products and a hairdryer when you have amazing stuff on that are bubbly and recommend a good products you just have to buy it. Each time I come into the store I’m always welcomed by amazing staff️

Terrible customer service!

Had a bad experience in this store today. When we walked into the store, there were no customer at all, in the store and three staffs were busy chatting.
Even when they saw us, they barely acknowledged us. I had walked in for my daughter’s ear piercing, but was told the piercer left early as she was sick. Ok we get that, but the staff seemed to be irritated to answer even the simplest questions. Zero customer service skills, and we could clearly see from their faces how much they resented us for interrupting their discussion. Would not recommend this place at all.

Absolutely amazing and staff are wonderful. Emily is just superb at doing my hair. I’ve had my extensions lifted again and love how healthy my hair has gotten, it’s growing she’s gotten me into great products and her hair curls style lasted all day on me and throughout my sleep my curls still looks amazing the next day! Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome so looked after and giving me awesome looking hair!

Please avoid this place at all costs.
Went in for a perm and was charged +$20 extra for products. Went home and the product is opened, used, old and smells as expired.
Came back for a refund or at least an exchange and 3 ladies gather to tel me i had used the products myself. The store manager laughs in your face and yells instead of talking to you. Is that how you treat your customers?
Please save your time and money, these workers don’t know how to talk to customers they just yell. Just a complete joke.

Great experience with the piercer and my 8 month old. She did a great job. Just recommend better organisation of piercing jobs as it just walk ins. And can get busy in the front area. Maybe have some waiting chairs and an attendant specifically for piercings and form filling.

Mary is so sweet and funny! She’s very informative and gentle with piercings! Highly highly recommend:)

All I can say is if you ever want a piercing done go the the best! MARY she makes you feel so comfortable! I can’t wait to come back with all my fam that are super scared to get what they want done! Thank you Mary for the best experience!

If you want a piercing. Mary is the woman you need. What a joyful human who knows her stuff. Nose done beautifully in seconds. Highly recommend.

I went in with a mixture of red and pink colours in my hair. I wanted it all removed and to be close to my natural hair colour. The hairdresser I saw said she would do her best but couldn’t guarantee it would be my root colour as it’s very hard to match that colour. The end results speak for themselves she got the colour spot on! Amazing service and the staff are clearly so passionate at what they do. I had a few laughs with the staff as they are so easy to talk to and make you feel at home. Generally it’s hard to find a salon with great service but also great banter. I couldn’t recommend these ladies more! I will be coming back for my regular cuts and treatments.
