I got a rook and nose piercing from Priya, she was very knowledgeable and taught me how to clean my piercings correctly. Was very quick and easy and I love my piercings so much!

After a terrible experience in another salon, I came in after lockdown hoping to fix just a tiny fraction of the damage done. Every time I come here the quality of the cut is far above places where I have paid double for the same service!

I did a BAD bleach job at home on the front of my hair and needed some help with colour correcting. The staff member working there was so knowledgeable and helped me find the right products to ensure my blonde went from brassy to platinum. Can not thank her enough

I had a wash and blow wave with Ray and it was the BEST blow wave I have ever had. He was gentle and quick and so lovely to chat with. My hair tends to be too poofy when blow dried but the result with Ray was perfect. 2 days later and my hair is still incredibly silky and soft and amazingly it still looks fantastic after sleeping on it for 2 nights. I haven’t even had to use my hair straightener. I highly recommend Ray. Oh and of course Shannon. She is extremely fast at men’s haircuts and is a trained barber. She is also lovely.

If I could give the level of service and attitude from Michelle from this store it’ll be a -5 like honestly being accused of something with nothing actually happening was a joke! Have spoken to head office and put in a formal complaint with the vile way I was treated. This won’t be the end of this. YOU SHOULDN’T BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Yes I’m yelling!

Shannon is a fantastic hairdresser she knows how to cut hair blow wave thick hair and excellent colorist, and a wonderful person who is funny and has a generous heart
