Avoid shopping here. I bought an expensive product that I was unsure about but the sales person said that if it didn’t work out that I could exchange it if only lightly used. Went back in with my receipt and barely used product and tried to exchange it and the lady working at the counter was incredibly rude and unhelpful and did not honour what the previous salesperson had said, saying that she was new working there and shouldn’t have said that it could be exchanged originally. If you’re not going to honour what your staff has been saying maybe you should train them to know what the exchange/returns policy is? There are plenty of other, smaller, independent retailers who would appreciate your business more and treat their customers better, so just try shopping places like that instead

After dying/bleaching my hair for the first time this big in the whole 22 years of my life, no longer quarter head highlights and back to fully blonde like when I was a child, I was so well looked after and cared for throughout the whole process by not just Rob who did the follow-up treatment; but the whole team who support each other in the salon and front of house with their success and with their work at Hairhouse Warehouse Victoria Gardens. The collaboration and dedication at Victoria Gardens Hairhouse Warehouse is like no other salon that I have come across. They are so inviting, friendly, judgement-free and encouraging of your hair goals and dreams no matter what they may be, especially Gina with her bubbliness and confidence! They do all that they can to help you achieve your vision, support it, and are honest and reliable with their professional input on your ideas to best achieve them. Matilda gives the best product knowledge alongside Saskia who is attentive to your inquires and are so lovely to talk to! Not to mention, the senior piercer Shannon who is so lovely and supportive of your piercing projects as well! She gives honest and trustworthy advice of your ear structure to best suit your desired piercings, support during your procedure, and ensuring the best outcome for your healing and piercing journey. Teamwork really makes the dream work, and the team here are a prime example of that, couldn’t recommend them all more enough. Their combined efforts and their skill alone is what has made me a regular. ️

The staff at Hairhouse Warehouse Victoria Gardens are the best. A big shout out to Michelle who genuinely wants the best outcome for customers and goes the extra mile to make you feel heard. Also, if you’re looking for a fantastic balyage, book in with Beth! Highly recommend this team.

Michelle has changed the way I dye my hair forever, she is a gem, her advice was so professional & thorough, she explained everything according to my questions, down to which products to use and how to use them. I went back to show her my results she was wrapped, I will never use any other products now, as my hair is the best it’s been in years. Thanx mate!

Been going to Vic Gardens for a few years now and the other day I had a new hair stylist Robbie do my hair, as soon as he seated me me he thoughtfully consulted me and asked me questions about my hair and what he was going to do to my hair. My experience was actually one of the most pleasant and enjoyable experiences Ive ever had in a salon and I really think bringing in a male stylist compliments the salon and I'll definitely be asking Robbie to do my hair again. I had in true fashion done a blooper on my hair wanting blonde and made myself auburn. I saw Robert today and he gave me advice, and helped with colours, safe to say this man knows his stuff. He was friendly, not judgemental and helped me through what I needed to do. He's that fab that I will only be going to this hairhouse to see him in future! Ladies/men if you're in a pickle I've never had a bad experience with hairhouse, and the Victoria branch has amazing staff. Rob you're a gem! Thank you so much

I was happily assisted with Michelle whom helped me find the product I wanted with the best possible prices! She was extremely friendly and helpful and wasn’t phased with answering every question i asked. I was definitely satisfied with the customer service!

Michelle is absolutely amazing. She provided the best customer service and advice I’ve ever gotten. She was clearly very knowledgeable about the products in store and was able to answer all the questions I had (which were heaps). Super friendly and genuine.

Recently got 3 new ear piercings with Shannon. She was super quick which made it painless and had good recommendations. Would highly recommend getting your piercings done there.

I came in a couple weeks ago looking for advice on how to dye my hair (having almost no prior experience). I was served by Matilda, who was extremely helpful, answering all of my questions and reccomending the ideal products. Finally got around to dyeing my hair on the wekeend and its turned out fantastic, thank you for all the help

Had a not so great experience with getting my roots redone and my sister getting her hair styled, but was contacted almost immediately after putting my original review in. And spoke to the manager who was so apologetic and lovely in trying to fix the mistake by offering a free appointment and products. I really appreciated the efforts to try and help, even though I chose not to go back. Thankyou to the Hairhouse warehouse team.

I've been going to Hairhouse Vic Gardens for close to two years now and I can't speak higher of the fabulous Beth and her incredible talents! Beth has taken my hair from drab to fab. From brunnette to blonde to pink and back to blonde - Every time I go in, I come out feeling and looking HOT. Every time! I cannot speak high enough of her abilities, personable approach to customers, styling and just overall talent. Overall, the team at vic gardens hairhouse are incredibly welcoming, talented and knowledgeable. Shannon is an amazing stylist and piercer in her own right, Matilda gave fab colour and hair treatment tips and Michelle recommended some much needed hair products to salvage my dry hair between lockdowns! Thanks ladies for always keeping me looking hawt!

Michelle, the store manager, was more than helpful helping my friend and I with products to do my regrowth. She was incredibly friendly and treated my friend with so much respect (who is an apprentice hairdresser) and really helped her with the best quality products to make sure she would do a good job. She signed her up to the members email and discounted our overall bill to help us save money etc. I cannot fault them for anything and their customer service was just exceptional
