Girls here at this salon are not experienced at all.got my threading done and girl their put a cut in one of the eyebrows plus done a ridiculous blow wave job.kept on pulling the hair so hard as she never knew how to do it and gave me a bad headache.

Had an appointment for a cut, blow wave with a very lovely hairdresser Prianka. Happy with the results and pricing is well worth the services rendered. Thank you:)

Honestly the first and last time. I came in today with my sister for our 1: 45 appointment just for the girl to tell us that only one of us was booked in but I was not told about separate bookings when I placed a deposit about 5 days ago & it’s almost been a week. We came in expecting both of our hair to be did but instead got unexpected attitude from the manager saying she tried to call me all morning the day before as I showed her the call logs of no missed calls and said nothing. First of all, you stuffed up our booking and then made us feel guilty for not picking up “calls” we never got. Only a message asking to confirm an appointment. It was so uncomfortable talking to the lady knowing that she’s trying to pin the blame on me and my sister instead of apologising and owning up to the stuff up she made. Don’t ever tell me you can’t do refunds as if it was my fault I was asking for a refund in the first place. Maybe if you knew how to offer proper customer service, we would have left to reconsider coming back but after this experience, no thanks.

Absolutely amazing experience! Make sure if you’re booking a hair appointment to book in with Oli:) amazing hairdresser - so professional and actually knows how to do her job. She listened to everything I wanted and she delivered.

Will deffs be going back to her! And the rest of the staff were great too!

Really rude staff. Please don’t visit this place for baby piercing. People just concerned about how much money they make, heartless

Rude service, got my girl ear pierced they didnt spray antiseptic on her pierced ear nor give me a bottle charged $60 for regular earnings with no instruction sheet on caring for the new piercing, whereas at northlands hairhouse better service with my girl second piercing they sprayed anticipatic they gave me a bottle, and emailed me care instruction and gave me care instruction sheet only charged my $55
I dont recommend epping hairhouse.

Staff are friendly until you say your just browsing, and only tell you to buy the most expensive products even when you want a specific item. They really need to be more humanly polite and learn customer service.

Piercing customer service is horrible, got a hair cut recently and it was amazing, also got a package a while ago to add a gloss on my hair and ended up getting colour, asked the staff to clarify if they were the same thing and got no answer.didn't want colour.

Had my permanent hair straightening done, the result is horrible, far away from being straight, they are more dry, frizzy and curly now. Really not satisfied with the service. Never coming back here. Also, advise not to get it done from this store. Visiting this store is just a waste of money!

Amazing staff with great customer service Olivera is such an amazing hair dresser have been seeing her for about a year now always happy with how my hair looks. The girls there are very welcoming:)

Awesome service. Been to several hw but epping is just different. Some of their products are exclusive to this store. Never been dissapointed here. Plus they now have a clinician come in and do skin tightening and fat reduction!:)

The makeup artist Amani is the best, she was really nice and she got me exactly what i wanted even tho it’s my first time wearing real make up! We’ll be back:)

Hair house is not good as it didn’t trim my hair right or wash it so now my hair has different lengths when it is down or tied up

The lady who looked after me, understood exactly what I wanted for my hair. Good job. Loved it!

Never going back there again, it was absolutely a rip off for colouring my hair! The result was 200% different from what I asked and showed them and after getting the “treatment” done my hair is totally damaged that I had to cut it too short to get rid of the mess left of my head. Horrible experience!

Just had haircut at epping must say worst ever experience of my life and I think that girl was on training white girl and I was literally laughing the way she was cutting

Got my ears pierced for the third time here last year (got infected 2x and have scars on my earlobes) she was able to pierce my ears evenly and avoided the scarring on my earlobes. I am very satisfied as they have healed well and did not get infected this time.

Nah my girl was shocking haha.feel bad if she was the work experience girl but if so i should've only paid half price.just wanted a short back and sides with a bit longer on top.normally a 15 minute job.took 40 minutes but gave my house mates and the next hair dresser i went and saw the following day a good laugh.

Friendly staff, try to help you if they can. Fair range of products? Ok prices. Store can be a bit cluttered.
