Lady named Shandae (excuse spellings if wrong) served us with egoistic/rude attitude, that was horrible customer service. She lied and try to charge $159.95 (boxing day price) instead of $99.95 for the Halo’s ceramic hair curler. She might think hair-house warehouse’s customers are fool and not aware of what they buying. Price of curler is $99.95 on site and at other stores too but she tried to charge almost extra 60 dollars from us. And later she was defending herself with ignorance. I went to Epping’s store with the intentions of buying curler as it was out of stock at northland shopping centre but the rude behaviour/service of that lady made me to just walk out by saying her thank you. Please Keep your eyes and mind open when you visit Epping’s hair-house warehouse.

I got my haircut on 14th October, i dont remember the name of stylist but I asked him for bob cut, showed him picture also amd my God he did an amazing job please refer to the photo. He seem non english and newbie so didn't say anything but i regret I should have. Today i went to a different salon and get it fixed

Service was great. Their piercer Ben made me feel super comfortable and was lovely! Will definitely be coming back in the future, and 100% recommend coming here if you plan on getting a piercing done.

I (asian background) had been struggling to find suitable hair products to improve my hair health in Australia and had to source from Korea until I met Lauren and Christina. These two BEST in Retail team are so knowledgeable and helpful. Can’t thank them enough.

Today I had an amazing experience with Maddie! She was absolutely awesome, felt so comfortable & relaxed with her, She gave me a lovely wash followed by a fabulous hair cut which I am absolutely in love with & a beautiful blow dry! I left with the biggest smile on my face & walking around like a supermodel haha! Thank you so so so much Maddie, you’ll definitely be seeing me again:)

I pierced my nose and my daughter's ears 2 months ago and the guy did an amazing job. I was so scared for nose piercing as it was my first time and it was not at all painful or scary as I thought.

Always love coming here. The ladies that color and cut my hair know their stuff. Totally recommend

So after an year of growth, recently I had my hair cut done here. I thought it’ll give my hair a nice shape as I had a lot of new hair growth but this was the most TERRIBLE experience in my life. The blonde girl (not oliveira) cut my hair, clearly not knowing what she was doing. Showed as if she’s an expert. Gave me the worst possible blow wave (honestly my child can do a better job than that) she only combed my hair with a roller brush and blew heat on it. Told me this is a curl, I couldn’t cry or laugh and silently contemplated my decision to come here! Now I have hair with so many fly aways, no layers but hey I have hair chopped hair here and there. My hair look like an abandoned nest! Haircut -100/10, blowdry, -10/100, hair dye 4/10

My daughter had a decent experience getting her ears pierced. It was professional but getting the second ear pierced became a bit challenging as the kid got scared (which is though obvious).

Love getting my hair done at the Epping salon. Couldn’t recommend Pre any higher. She listens to what you want and offers great advice. Pre has helped me restore my hair back to a much healthier state after a horrible experience. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you for your wonderful customer service. Great team

My daughter went in for a haircut. She came home crying. It was nothing like she asked for. She was so disappointed. I located my old hairdresser (who has moved over an hour away) to fix the mess. I’d give it a big miss.

Amazing service, needed help with options for my hair and an employee didn’t mind helping me and recommended a lot of options. Beautiful customer service.

Had the worst experience of my life. Got a full head of foils done for $400 and was left with really brassy and badly done foils. The lady who did my foils was extremely rude and had absolutely no sense of dealing with clients. She dint even bother to reply for when I greeted her. Extremely disrespectful, least skilled and arrogant. Even kindergarten kids have better etiquette.

On returning back to get the foil job fixed, she had no clue on how to fix it and had put a darker base color on all over my head which made it one color hair that I could have done by myself with a loreal kit for $5.

Utter waste of money and time. Please don't bother to go to this place

Who asks for a Medicare card for a child then requests the fathers name to be on the card when he holds a separate card for ear piercing as if they are a doing a medical procedure you are not a doctors

I went here and the staff literally charged me over $500 AND left with damaged brassy hair.and then they have the audacity to hit you with the “bleach will always damage your hair” yeah damage it not have pieces of hair cutting off.the girl that did my hair was brushing it so hard and yanking on it after two sessions of bleach like it wasn’t in its most vulnerable state.she knew it was painful and had pieces of hair coming off and all she said after telling her to be careful was “sorry it’s just very tangled”. Are u kidding? Even im not a hairdresser and i know that you shouldn’t pull on hair after it’s bleached and wet.i went in to have my hair lightened and left with dry green damaged brassy hair, LITERALLY GREEN.and mind you my hair was pretty light already.even my family was shocked when i got home.i was there for 7 hours and you’d think that they would at least do what you wanted.the girls there clearly only seem to care about the money and forcing you to buy products you don’t need after telling them you already have them at home.anyways, save your money, go somewhere else if you want a professional job done, worst experience of my life.

If you want to get a very simple trim, then they are fine, but if you want a nice hair colour and a haircut that requires professional skills, then you better find some other options because you will pay hundreds of dollars for a very unprofessional one. My hair colour was brassy right after she was done and when I told them about it all they did was to try to convince me that it was because of the light! Plus that she left bleach on my hair for more than 2 hours. After a long discussion, they persuaded me to go home with brassy and highly damaged hair and said if I wasn't happy after a few wash I can call and the manager will fix it for me. When I called after a few days they told me she is not available every time I called and I decided to just move on and never go there again.
