The ear piercing lady is very nice, but front middle age lady charge me $70 to get two pierced. Is it reasonable price?
She said $33 for two on loop, $ 50 for one on edge top, $70 for two.
Didn’t realize it was too expensive, but friends say so.

I had courtney do a full head of foils on my hair and was really nervous at first because my hair has never taken too kindly to bleach. I was almost black, and she brought me to a lovely caramel colour in the first go. My hair feels softer, shinier, and more nourished than before because of the fact she processed it longer, rather than trying to process quicker to get it done quicker. My hair was taken good care of, on top of that i bought the olaplex set with shampoo + conditioner and bonding oil, as well as the brass off shampoo. Cant complain so far, keen to go for the next set of foils when my hair is ready!

I was a bit apprehensive at first due to covid restrictions easing. But the staff were lovely, very helpful and followed protocols. I walked out with an awesome hair style much better than when I walked in. Thank you to the senior hair stylist (I'm sorry I have forgotten your name) but you did an amazing job I am so happy with my hair! ️

Expensive. Really need to reduce price on american crew hair product for men. My spouse looks so much hotter when his hair has the paste.yikes. Reduce price! Give your members more discounts

Today's experience was a huge turnaround from previous hairhouse experiences. They went above & beyond, followed current Covid protocols & made sure everything was correct.

My daughter had her ears pierced here, and received thoroughly unprofessional and unfriendly service. In the end, we had to visit another place to fix the piercings.

Courtney does an amazing job at beaded hair extensions. I would highly recommend it! I also feel spoilt with every visit:)

I basically booked my appointment and asked for a full haircut and a blow wave (I wanted layers, especially my fringe to be shorter) Unfortunately instead the hairdresser insisted to do something similar and just decided to trim my hair and curl it. But luckily I was able to pay less than I expected. Still disappointed tho!

Customer service was excellent. They were very good offers and their product is absolutely perfect!

Previous hairdresser was amazing, but I was booked in with them and they had left the salon, they rang me an hour before my appointment (I had booked over 3 months ago) and said I was booked in was someone I had never heard of before. They apologized but if I had have been informed earlier I wouldn't have had to decline important plans I really wanted to go to. Not only have you left my Friday night empty, I have an important weekend planned with re-growth. Will never be coming back to this store again. A phone call with amply notice is not hard. If you expect me to give at least 24 hours notice to cancel I expect the same.

Whatever you do, DO NOT GET ANY PIERCINGS HERE! I’ve gone here twice to get my ears pierced and the first time i had to get them re done and the second time they were pierced so badly i had to pay $40 for another place to fix them. The lady was so rude the second time and pierced one ear higher then the other which means i’ll have to get that fixed too. Waste of time and money. I recommend staying away.

I cant afford $26.etcc for just 2 small tabs of muk that's gonna get used as fast as Usain bolt.

I have been a member for many years and have bought numerous products from you lads, but you give me NO DISCOUNT or nothing, theres no REWARDS program, to give discount for spending "X" amount of dollars and so fourth.

I recall in 2016 I spent $50 on american crew.and yet with the amount of stuff I've bought over these long periods of time. I'm treated like a refugee.

Poor customer service very rude! They scanned 2 times one of my 4 purchase on purpose! Disgusting never back again!
