Terrible experience went there to get a belly button piercing done two days later it got very badly infected and had bruising all around it

Lynette was super helpful with my piercings! She made me feel comfortable and helped me choose which design would best suit me! Super lovely service, would definitely recommend!

Really bad experience with the piercer, she made my partner feel uncomfortable and rushed and continued to change her nipple bar after my partner had shared concerns about it being too small, we went back a couple weeks later after the bar was digging into her nipple (from being too small) and the piercer didn’t offer much help and just replaced it with a bigger bar which my partner was still expected to pay the extra money for, she was very intimidating and not making us feel comfortable asking for further help, during the second time back she also did not close the door properly leaving my partner exposed with her nipples out for the people in store/walking past to see

I’ve been going to both Ringwood and chirnside stores for many years. Georgia from retail has helped me many times at both stores. Her customer service and warm welcoming attitude is incredible! She has an amazing knowledge of the products they stock and I always leave with exactly what I went in there for! Thankyou Georgia!

I am furious I came in the other day asking for advise on how I can tone my bleached hair at home, not only was the lady who helped me rude but the products in which she told me to use made my hair 10 times worse then it was it in fact made it brassiere instead of take the brassiness out which is what she insured me it would do. Clearly she has no idea what she is talking about and idk why she would be working there.now my hair is pretty much ruined thanks to the workers thanks a lot.

I got 2 piercings done yesterday. The experience was amazing; I was explained all the process and after care. Both piercings were done nicely and aligned with my previous one. Also, very gentle and calm piercer (I can’t remember her name). I would definitely come back for my future piercing. Thank you.

Got my nose pierced here by Siobhan. My experience couldn't have been better. She made me feel so comfortable and explained the process form start to finish thoroughly. Would highly recommend and will be back in the future:)

I have had a couple of piercings done by siobhan and i took my younger brother to see her to get his first piercing.she's very knowledgeable, walks you through the whole process, explains the aftercare clearly, and the space is very neat and tidy.thank you!

I was book at Hairhouse Eastland. FYI this happened just this morning. My original appointment was supposed to be on the 14th of March 2022 (Monday a public holiday). Courtney called, (not sure if I remember the name right) she requested if I can move my apt and her reason is her baby sitter cancelled on her. Understandable, so I tried adjusting my schedule for her. It was moved to today 21st of March, first apt at 9am. I had to take some time off from work so I can make it. I got there 3mins late, because a heavy truck is reversing to park. I got there, staff sat me down. After maybe 15mins, I approached one of the staff, she have dark hair shoulder length. Her answered to my question to where is my hairdresser is "Well it's not me". I am very polite in asking. Well after another 15-20mins, I stood up and told the red hair lady in the counter that I will be leaving cos they just wasted my time with the wait.

At 9am on a Monday, you guys just ruined my day and wasted my time and money (that I lost for the time off). Your staff were RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Ethics is as important as your talent.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY IN THIS PLACE.

Was really impressed by the knowledge and service I received there from a worker called Renee. She was super friendly and helped me to find a product for my hair within my budget. She was also really patient with my sons who were being rather distracting.

Superb salon, very friendly and professional team and special thanks to Lucy for a great hair cut and for guiding me on exactly what type of shampoo and conditioner I needed - will not go anywhere else from now on!
