Walked in and was greeted by friendly staff. I sat down for a cut immediately. I was out of there a few minutes later looking great. I can definitely recommend getting your hair cut here and I will come back again.

Excellent service. Extremely, extremely prompt. Listened to instructions exactly. Didn't try and make small talk which is something I personally loved. Really fast and came out exactly as requested. Great.

My mum had started a shop called hair by I in 2014/2015 then this hop called hair by who does anyone get me it’s kinda copied the name but otherwise looks very nice and clean in the photos

Went joined the line for a trim today. Pre covid $20 now $25. I expected that. Imagine being forced to close for due to a pandemic, praying to re open, submitting a covidsafe plan but not knowing how to correctly wear a face mask? I guess when you have people waiting to hand over money, compliance goes out the window. You'd think the staff here would at the very minimum atleast try to appear to have some understanding of what the minimum expectations are. Who's fault is if the business is forced to close again?

One of the best places to get a hair cut and after all the pandemic they’ve finally opened and following all the safety guidelines. I’m happy and feel safe everytime I walk in to the shop. One of the best experiences

Best hair cut I’ve had in a long time. Walked in, waited 20 minutes and got my hair cut in no time at all. Wonderful experience, will definitely be back! 100% recommend! And super cheap cuts on certain days Worth the trip!

I didnt have to wait which was nice. The shampoo and entire service felt rushed and too rough. I asked for long layers cut to the shortest piece at the front. I talked about how I felt nervous because in the past I've ended up with a mullet cut (heavy around the middle and ends over layered and too thin) I was assured this wouldn't happen.

I nervously sat there and waited while my stylist was working in a rushed pace. I'm not happy with the result. The layers are too short, not well blended in my opinion. There's a huge weight line right in the middle creating a mushroom. It seems like a mullet to me. The blow out only made the lines appear more prominent as the ends were flipped out. I feel upset because I tried to be very clear and just wanted a straight up increase layer haircut, and I've ended up with more rounded uniform mushroom cut. It's not the worst and the hairdresser had technique and talent, but the consultation was not there. I wasn't asked to explain exactly what I wanted or didn't want. I wasn't asked what kind of blow out if like. I did ask to keep the pieces at the front longer and was told it wasnt "possible" for a layered cut which isn't true. I also feel it's $30 dollars over priced even more so considering the lack of consult and the rushing of the service. I won't be back. I will say, it's not the worst hair cut ever, a lot of people would like it. It just isnt what I wanted and I'm so sick of having this experience with hairdressers where you pay money for a product you don't want and you feel like your wants and voice doesn't matter or isn't of high priority to the person changing your appearance. In 3 -4 months I hope that I'll be happy again with my hair

Sam is the first hairdresser I've trusted with my hair and returned to in my entire adult life. Always leave feeling better than when I walked in and good community there.

Really happy with the service, compared to all other saloons would recommend this for quality service.

I love coming in to Hair by who for my weekly blowaves and monthly colours. All the staff here are amazing and friendly.and prices are very reasonable.they take appointments or you can just walk in.they are very flexible.thanks for doing my hair and keeping me happy for so long. ;) no job is ever too hard or too much for these guys and girls.

Going to hairbywho again after 3 months in lockdown was a very exciting thing. I couldn’t wait to see them after a long time. I’ve been going to this saloon for a while now and each time i go I leave with a happy face and a nice hairstyle. The price is acceptable for the hairstyle I get. They are always so kind and help me choose what hairstyle I feel like. They are really clean and are wearing masks the whole time. I’ve never loved my hair this much in a long time. They have a really great service and the wait is worth the hairstyle.

Asked for a very small trim of my long hair. After 15 minutes, at least double of what I asked and what was agreed on was cut off. Also asked for layering, and no layering was done.

Always gone as a walk in customer. Have always been attended well. Very good customer service without a heavy price tag. Amanda was honest with her advise, Sonia did a great haircut, Nikki did an excellent colour and Sam have a great advise on how to curl. Now that’s what you call a great team working together. Highly recommend

I have been going to Hair by Who for a few years now. I like the way you can go in without an appointment or make an appointment. I do both. They are very flexible and always fit you in. All the girls are good. Sonia is fantastic. She is friendly, hardworking and has great skills. She does a wonderful curly blow-wave that lasts over a week. She is very dedicated and does not rush even though they are flat out at times. Sonia tints my stubborn grey roots when other hairdressers can't. Nikki is wonderful too and a great hairdresser. These girls can do anything, mens and womens and will often miss their lunch break because they do not want to disappoint or keep customers waiting. These ladies are an asset to the business.

Sat there for a good 10 minutes whilst one woman cut hair and two other employees sat behind the counter look bored. Ended up walking out

Staff very friendly, prices reasonable. Disappointed that the price of a regrowth colour went up from $50 to $60. Ouch. Too much to soon. Be a little more reasonable guys. Overall they are great.
