HAIR BY WHO

Had an appointment today for my 7 year old to get her hair cut at 12.30, arrived early and was told to come back which was fine, we came back at 12.30 to be asked if she could go and have a smoke, ended up leaving and saying not to worry as I don't want cigarette fingers lingering on my daughters hair and near her face. Plus you shouldn't make appointment times if you need to fulfil your habit. Went elsewhere and was so glad I did as my daughter was so happy with her new hair style. Will never return to "Hair by Who".

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Especially Carlos he is outstanding, every time he cuts my hair (fade, just a trim, or anything) he is patient, skilful, super talented and i always leave with an amazing cut.will be going back for many more years

Eddy is by far the best hairdresser I have had. The guy did my hair and beard in 20 mins when I went there for the first time a few weeks ago. Eddy even did complimentary threading which was the icing on cake. Can't wait to be back again.

I am First time customer there. Lovely ladies/gentlemen. They had unhappy customer walk in the shop (she forgot to brush her hair and had a not in it) manager and other stuff delt with the situation in the most professional and respectful way.impressive. I will definitely be back again.

My partner and son come to the barbers and i was watching Natalie and really liked what she had done to someone elses hair so i booked in and she got me on the next day.

Honestly my hair has never looked so good. I have just come back for a second appointment and will be coming back to Nat for future.
I showed her 1 photo of what i wanted and she got it exactly right.

Absolutely disgusted that the manager blatantly ignores no smoking laws in underground car parks! Many young families trying to get their young kids Into cars with this grub standing right next to a no smoking sign with a cigarette in his mouth! Not to mention the disgusting smell that lingers when you are getting your hair cut! Absolutely vile!

Wow watch out ladies getting a cut or colour by the male that does the ladies hair! He has no idea & rips you off!

Sam did my hair today and I could not be happier my hair had ended up super dark from home colouring I went in spare of the moment and not confident about doing it but wow he was amazing could not recommend him highly enough. And I am one happy client… they are stuck with me now!

They do well with their cuts/colours but they need to work on inclusion. I was mis gendered multiple times even after my father corrected the barber.

Was expecting this to be like the one at Westfield Plenty Valley but unfortunately it wasn't as good. Maybe because the owner did my hair at Westfield the experience was flawless in comparison to the Greensborough Plaza salon?

This is my go to, they always do an amazing job, especially on colour. Great price for just a cut on a weekday too.

Shocking service there today. I booked an apt on the phone on Tuesday with a particular person, got a reminder yesterday with a text. Get there today to be told the person no longer works there. Where’s my call? If it happened in the last two days they shouldn’t of sent a reminder, I’m thinking they tricked me thinking that they could just get someone else to cut it lol they were wrong. The owner is rude and was rude today!

I had my hair done by Tanesha, she was lovely and did an amazing job, very gentle and did a great blow wave. There was zero pulling at my hair unlike what I have experienced at other places, so it was a very relaxing experience

I recently got my hair coloured and cut here, I did appreciate the time spent, but honestly can't stop crying over how dark and gray tips in my hair. I show pictures of what I wanted, discussed I'd like it close to my original colour with lighter streaks. $300 later and I need to get my hair fixed, truly disappointed with the outcome. Yes the staff is very nice and friendly, but not worth going if they can't communicate with there clients, the lady admit a few times about making a mistake but came of great in her option, I'm very upset over my results.
