Very rude, unprofessional, uncaring rude staff. Refuse to deliver some potting mix as it "wasn't worth their time", even though I told them I have a spinal cord injury and can't lift. Well done Hardens, you could have gained a customer, bit you lost me to Aumanns in South Morang

Very rude, unprofessional and not reliable staff.if you won't waste your money and receiving wrong items order them over the phone.they were charged me $930 for four cubic meters of White Ice Pebble's and they have sent me the wrong items and not responsible for their Fault.i never trust them anymore and not recomend them at all.

Just wow, best Garden and building supplies out. It has everything and best of all if you live far out around Whittlesea they are there too. The service is amazing, well run and organised.

Worst firewood ever! Got 2m delivered 80% of it was wet the other 20% would barely burn, kept the rest undercover for months still won’t burn absolute rubbish won’t be using them again shouldn’t be allowed to sell!

Bought a cubic metre of wet firewood that wouldn't burn. I dropped off a sample of the wood and was told someone would get back to me. Nobody did. I rang another 2 times with the same result. Finally rang again and was supplied with a car boot-load of replacement wood. Good result in the end but terrible service.

Terrible customer service. Didn’t listen, rude and seemed put out I had a question or two. Left without buying anything. Won’t be back.

I loaded some sand and screenings into some tubs and went to pay for Them. I was greeted by filthy looks and they told me I had to empty them because I can only buy bags or a quarter of a meter. I was thrilled.they may as well have told me to go F*#^K myself
