Each time I've been there the staff are super friendly and helpful, both in the office and in the yard

Has firewood, but only single split, I wanted double split, so didn't order for the winter delivery. However, as a short term cover while I found another supplier for my larger delivery, I bought a few bags of firwood. Quick, readily available, drive up to pallet and quickly loaded. So for me, good for stop gap situations. They do have a large range of landscaping and building supplies as well, but I have not used as yet.

It is ok to have a look around and ask questions. Nothing impressive until you have all your questions answered

Do not use this company. The manger Kevin is rude and a liar. We ordered 0.6m3 of concrete and he only sent out 0.4 and then when we were short by 2 barrows he charged us a further $340 without consent, meaning he had previously written down our card details. Then when I contacted him to sort it out he was abusive and horrible. Strongly advise not to use.

I give 0 starts if I could- I definitely do NOT recommend this company. Rude and abusive staff and poor quality concrete. They sent us dry concrete and the timing of trucks wasn’t even planned properly, later found out they do it that way so trucks wait on your site for hours and then they charge you for waiting time. They also take extra money from my card without my authorisation. Take your business elsewhere.

Purchase Redgum, had it delivered $2.54 a piece called up to voice my opinion that it was a little bit expensive person on the phone couldn't care less

Had a delightful delivery today from haddens the driver was excellent got the truck were I wanted very experienced uploaded nice strong fit guy will definitely buy anything from them

Asked to call for directions before delivery but only called when parked outside business and allegedly angry because they needed to wait. Then returned to base. Called when leaving for a second time and given directions for where to meet. Parked at the opposite place they were instructed and when shown the agreed entrance was served by a rude individual who was very passive aggressive with the shirt off in 16 degree temperatures. Not intimidated or impressed

Expensive firewood, wet, badly cut, heaps of bark debris and sand included. Short of the metre paid for. These guys are crooked. Don't buy from them.

Firewood RIP OFF - didn't notice until I got home that the bags they loaded into my car are now half the size they used to be - 6 pieces of red gum for $15. WOW - daylight robbery. 100m down the road Bunnings sells twice as much for the same price - recommend you go there!

I have been using them for decades. I have always been happy. Just a tip for those of you who are never happy. They can only supply what that can buy always check amount and quality before it is unloaded. The days of cheap redgum is long gone if you want decent firewood buy it a year before you use it and keep it dry.

Extremely rude and dishonest owner. Kevin is an outright pig and should not be operating a business. He has lost my business forever and I will be sure to get others in the trade to withdraw there business from him too. Nothing delivered or sourced from Hadden's will be allowed on any of my sites.

The best service for any garden supplies in Melbourne. The business is owned and operated by very honest and honourable people.

I got the worst soil from here. I asked for premium soil mix it is basically clay with a few bark chips. The sun came out and it essentially turned to rock. Not what I paid for.

These folks are legends. Needed some mulch, called on a Sat around 1pm wherever in peak-lockdown where BAAG was saying "no delivery slots all weekend" and yet Haddens were backing up my drive with a metre of mulch an hour later. Had also been great during the week for drive-in ute load of concrete bags and pavers.

Ordered some fire wood. The staff at Haddens were very professional and helpful on the phone whilst I was ordering. My order was delivered on time by a friendly driver. Highly recommend Haddens.

$275 a square metre for wet fire wood wouldn't sell us 2 metres and get free delivery driver was a pig never again absolute rip off merchants.

These guys were brilliant. Efficient and cheap. Joe was helpful, diligent and nothing was a problem. Old fashioned friendly service ensuring all your needs are meet. Thank you.
