I usually love guzman but the quality of this specific shop has gone downhill so much since the start of the year, cold food, and more expensive, will not return

Normally takeout and delivery experience is good. Tonight was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Ordered around 10: 45 on uber eats, normally it takes 15 minutes to deliver. I got my food at 12am and my was so cold and soggy. Some pieces of chicken were burnt as well as the chips. On top of that, my churros was missing.

Good access to shops, gets quite congested during peak hours. The inside seating is there but very limited, outside seating is generally the only option for big-ish groups. During the weekends, the atmosphere is very loud due to the other shops being quite busy.

Uber eats order for nurses. Got the wrong order delivered. Called the store offered a refund but dint bother re-delivering. Thats fine, but the order we got was one small chips, a wrap and a drink. Not enough for 4 nurses working on a ward. Had to go hungry as lunch break had passed.

"I've been a loyal customer of Guzman y Gomez for over 30 orders now, but I have to say that I've been disappointed with the quality of their food lately. Even when ordering through Uber Eats, my food has been consistently either overcooked, undercooked, or downright soggy. I understand that there may be some variability in the cooking process, but when I'm waiting up to 30 minutes for my food, I expect it to be at least edible. I hope that Guzman y Gomez can improve their food quality and consistency in the future, as I'd hate to have to look elsewhere for my Mexican food fix. "

Ordered the Burrito Bowl online and picked up within 10 mins.
The team were very busy with instore orders, while the online orders queue were very efficient.
As for the Burrito Bowl, I'm a recent convert and it is tasy, fresh and super filling.

Guzman has started to become post gym Thursday night dinner. We ordered and picked up so alleviated the wait time which was convenient and my burrito bowl was fresh and yummy

I feel there’s going to be a lot of Guzman in my life over the next month as I attempt to lose some pesky overindulgence kilos. I think the burrito bowls are pretty healthy aside from maybe the corn chips they wedge into the container which I do try not to eat. I probably should just say no corn chips as inevitably I do tend to down them, I mean it’s just corn right? Freshly made and full of flavour you can’t really go wrong

Ordered online because I was in a rush. Order was wrong when I arrived. Ordered and paid for a quesadilla plus and was given just a cheese one. I couldn't wait around for the new one to be made as I was running late. Wasn't even offered a refund, I guess Guzman needed the $10 more than I needed breakfast Won't be going back.

Disgusting service. I placed an order and you canceled it for no reason and won’t answer my calls. I’m very mad.

They walk around in circles and stair at you while you food has been sitting there for a s solid 10 minutes and ontop of that use the same gloves for everything how unhygienic.

The guy with fancy fingernails needs to be given proper customer service training, there was que of customers ordering and he blatantly lets a 2 metre tall muscle guy with beard down to his guts, cut in front of me in the que like I didn't exist. I wasn't sure if he felt intimidated of his physicality but it didn't stop me to tell off that customer, the customer said he'd ordered just picking up, but I could have been doing the same. Without any prior interaction, fancy nails decided that was the right move. Please train your staff to respect ques and handle customers who won't afraid to use size to push in. Just tell them to line up, because I did and nothing bad happened afterwards.

Great food and 85% of the time get customisations right, but terrible service every time. We always place our orders ahead of time, and they don't begin preparing them until we're there to pick up. Staff often just blatantly ignoring customers, seats always put away outside so no space to sit. We'll keep going there tho.

I like this branch. It's a clean and friendly staff and delicious food! Only the Margarita with Tequila was not very good.

We always order veg nachoos. Previous the quantity of nachos & avacado dip was full but from last 3-4 instances in different stores we have tried the avacado dip is like one spoon and rest is filled with just veggies. Really bad. When we say the stay they say we measure and keep that and add again. Looks like rip off if we dont bother checking or asking

We came in today at around 10: 30, and the service itself was terrible. They misplaced our ticket, and after waiting for ages, we went to ask if our order was ready and the worker in the back threw a tantrum that she had to make our order “again”. And very sloppily threw some things together while complaining loudly the whole time. Then when we on our drive home the chicken was terribly cooked and all three of us are sick in the stomach. Only redeeming quality was the girl in the front who was nice.

It's the great food you expect from Guzman, but service at this location is very poor.

Staff are often more preoccupied with talking to eachother or flirting with girls in-store to take orders.

Long waits are unavoidable here. They always mark online orders as ready to pickup before even starting cooking. In fact, they seem to only start cooking when you ask them about it. This and their focus on ubereats orders makes coming here a long process.

One of the better GYG chains in the eastern suburbs.

The service is always fast, friendly and efficient. The servings is generous and the food is always cooked well and packed properly.

I come here so often that I think I need an intervention to overcome this new addiction to Guzman.

Very tasty, but they don't get your order right very often! Chicken instead of beef, no extra filling despite adding and paying for it etc. This has started happening since the lockdown got over, service and taste were immaculate when they were doing only takeaways/deliveries.
