Pre ordered and drive through pickup. Had to wait 10 mins past the requested time. Once we received the order the chips were so cold the cheese had become solid. Only 1 of the 4 items in the order was hot. Can not recommend pre ordering.

Thought the food was under seasoned some was good some was average
Would i return no won't go out of my way

Fantastic food at reasonable prices. Generous servings and is very delicious. However I can’t give it 5 stars because of the safety issues regarding the drive thru. Because this place is so popular, the queue sometimes spills out onto the highway. There needs to be better traffic management or find a way to process orders quicker to reduce queues and wait times. Or maybe open another store nearby to reduce pressure on this store.

I give up on this restaurant. Have ordered multiple times from this GyG as I like the food, but haven already given up using delivery after had one very late a one complete no show delivery only keen to pickup.

Now just got home after doing a pickup, but forgot to check if everything was it the bag - but it wasn't. No chance of contacting the restaurant unless I go back in person.

Second time I have eaten here. Really fresh food, tasty and good value for money. Was super busy, so they are doing something right. Meal was served quickly by one of the best staff ever.

Ordered taco's and chips.both cold and taste like they were left overs from the night before. The taco's were in a mess all in the pack, had to try and put it all back together. Very disappointing.
Will go with the other options in the area instead

Woah, a burrito with entirely rice and beans! Where did all the meat go? If you wonder if this is only half of burrito, NOPE! I ate them all, there was nothing.

You know what I can’t be more surprised, I ll expect to get an empty burrito someday, this is some amazing quality. Why don’t you give me nachos instead?

Dirty and slippery floors. Front door handle broken. Orders were mixed up. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience.dinning in.

Just ordered drive through this evening& told to wait in parking bay.waited there 15 mins.after that went into find out whats happening with my order & staff told me your order was given to someone else coz i wasn’t in the parking bay even though i had been there all the time.staff was extremely rude, not professional.no apologies? Told me to go & wait again and when after all someone came with the food just threw it on me & went away. SO SO DISAPPOINTED.extremely bad customer service, will never recommend to anyone bad attitude.

This mexican fast food restaurant is very clean, the menu provides a fair amount of options. The food is quite tasty and is definitely a place to go for a quick feed.

And a quick tip for people who love there spices! What they offer as 'spicy' may seem more so mild to your own tastes.

Used the drive though had slow cooked beef open burrito, it was almost as good as California, Nevada and Arizona and that's saying something for Mexican food in Australia, fresh not over cooked and just enough flavour, avocado would have been nice but I will definitely go back again instead of noodle box and rotten Ronnie's, ohh and I'm an hour and a half drive away

I feel like I used to get more food in the burrito bowl. Seems a bit light.
Also had to return as they didn't give any chicken on the first attempt.

Foods always been great from here. The wait can be a little long sometimes but it is quite good

Been there a few times. All the times the order has been messed up. Also ask for cutlery, in case you need to drive back like I did.
The food is excellent.

Waited over an hour for my order and when I received it, it was cold. The front of house was in chaos and the food was sitting there in a giant pile but not organised in any way to be given out to customers. While the food tasted good, it needed to be reheated because I wasn't going to wait around to get it remade.

My bag of food sat on the counter for 20 mins while I was asking multiple staff to please check if mine was was ready.

What a disappointing excuse for Mexican food. It was flavourless, bland and boring. Food was missing from the delivery order and when we called the store, we were greeted with a very rude manager who passed the buck onto the delivery service. NO, you failed to correctly pack the order, that is not the delivery services fault. Salsa is not just tomato and coriander, there was barely any guacamole on both adult meals, the childs tacos only had meat, cheese and lettuce (this is not what was ordered.) One whole dish was missing and the food was cold even though the store is not that far away. And to top it off, the churros are over cooked and the caramel sauce wasn't even put into the delivery bag. I have eaten far, FAR better Mexican food than this. Will NEVER order or eat from this company again.

Drinks missing from takeaway order and no way of getting through to restaurant to speak to anyone. Not a great first experience.
