The customer service was amazing today! I ordered a small cap coffee and after having my order ready, I happened to make a mess out of it
by accident and the barista (also the front desk attendant- named Chelsea I believe) handled it really cool and with smiley face. She also went through making one more for me. Super nice!

Honestly really crowded, the workers were quite harsh in their tone and werent very patient with new customers but maybe they were just stressed due to how busy they were. Clean and upkept, sanitary tables.

Even thought it gets very busy, the quality is still good and the speed of order production is good. Customer service is fast and to the point.

Ordered off menulog today and this is what arrived. Barely any meat, dry, and repulsive. I’ve seen better looking dog food. Spent $18 on disgusting food and the clueless employees that work here couldn’t even get the simple order correct. Everyone steer clear of this store and do not order from here ever, much better gyg locations elsewhere.

Mexican food is always delicious, however, the enchiladas here are served as a wrap which is not how they're traditionally served. Rest all is good here.
The service is quick and the staff is courteous.

Worst customer service I have seen in a very long time…. Staff are rude, starting from the girl taking the orders, right through to the manager…. This is not the first time that they have made a mistake with an order, never take responsibility and proceed to tell you that you are the one in the wrong.
Clearly needs a clean out of present staff and replaced with properly trained staff with customer service skills who know how to speak to people.
Food is poorly made with no understanding of why people ask for certain things not to be added, maybe a doctors bill for the reunifications of their poorly managed store

Ordered a lemon chicken and fried rice and was given a burrito. Barramundi slapped tho. Had to get it mild because spicy to hot tho hahaha

Whoever made that veggie burrito, LEGEND! You deserve a payrise. The cheese in it was umm?

Prices may not be as competitive, but the burritos are awesome and the restaurant is conveniently located in the middle of the campus.

Heard good things about this place, ordered a large borritto meal on doordash late Saturday night. Was pulled pork with standard toppings.
Received chicken with just rice and cheese.
Took a single bite and noticed that it tasted weird and smelt off.
Didn't eat anything else for the rest of the night and felt terribly sick. Ended up throwing up.
Chicken was gone off by the looks of it. Won't be going to any guzman again.

With such great reviews I was going to order.till I saw the nail holding up the menus.umm no thanks.

Unorganised for pick up, orders not fulfilled on time as specified on pick up times. Seen Doordash and Uber Eats cancel orders as the wait was too long. Food was cold by the time our order was filled.
Not a place I would return to in a hurry.

Reasonably fast service, 8 times out of 10 my meal will be ready by the time indicated on the GyG app when I order ahead. Over the last few months I've had more enchiladas than I'd like to admit;. All of them have been delicious.

My only gripe is the guacamole serving size (in burritos and enchiladas in my experience) varies greatly. Sometimes add-on's have been missed, but not often.

Overall a very solid GyG.

Very disappointed as I got the veggie bowl from this branch today and the rice were not cooked at all. They were all hard and could not be chewed.

Their burrito bowls are great, i once had a food voucher at some point and decided to use it here.it was a great experience.i'm kinda hungry thinking about it hahahhaha

Was pretty surprised to pay for a 95% empty flat wrap plus delivery

Messed up my order but when i asked to fix it they fixed it and included a free nachos and included burrito card.
They might've messed up my order but the food was great and customer service was nice and generous. Overall pretty good tbh.

So disappointed. I went in store at your Clayton Restaurant to order as I find occasionally orders get wrong online.
I ordered my 4 year old a kids chicken burrito with just cheese and chicken, no rice. When I checked before leaving my bag was also missing my husband’s 3 x tacos. While I waited I asked if the burrito was just chicken and cheese, the lady insisted it was correct. Surprise surprise when I got home the burrito was full of rice and I had to make my son a another meal.
Absolutely useless and so angry.

I like GYG as a brand but outlet in Clayton disappointed me. Ordered 3 bowls, Rice was uncooked in, had a raw sticky texture to it.
