23Usually a nice experience, but this meal didn’t hit the mark. Queso dip had the consistency of water and was inedible, this was accompanied by stale chips. Missing items from the order.
I ordered on the app ahead of time, still waited 20+ minutes JUST for queso fries.only for them to be soggy and cold? Why was I waiting for the food to be stone cold? I don’t understand.train your workers better.
As someone who likes to try something different every time I am astonished that I order the chicken burrito bowl from GYG every time. It is so reliable and flavoursome for the price. Not that I’d like to bring the price up in such a good review but this is seriously good value for such a good meal. Can’t comment on dine in or customer service but take from this what you will!
