We wait 10 mins in drive through, we don’t move at all. We go in to order and wait another 20 minutes for our food to come out, not sure why they are extremely slow…actually so pathetic how slow this company is

Guzmen is my favourite take away but the burrito I received tonight somehow tasted like nothing with a couple of tiny pieces of mushroom it's was really disappointing

I always come to this store is closer to my house I don’t want the general maccas. Tonight I waited in line for 10 minutes to be told when I got to he counter that they no long took take my orders as there manager told them so…. I won’t be back!

Ordered a chicken burrito with guacamole and a pork burrito. Get home and they are both pork. Not to mention the wait in the drive thru.

Absolutely love this Guzman location! Staff and food 10/10!
Went drive through this time and it was pouring with rain. Would highly recommend putting a wind breaker next to the order mic cause there was no protection from the wet weather.

Other then that, love it!

Average customer service - I went to the this place to place a dine in order but after seeing the queue I started placing the order on the app and by the time I was at the front of the queue I had already finished placing my order so I showed it the the person taking the order and I got a nod. Once my app showed order is ready to be picked up I went to the counter and she told me to go outside and get it from the window. That was a very bad experience for me as I had to go out and wait for the person at the window counter to pack my food in a bag and then I had to bring that back into the restaurent to eat it.

Fantastic as GYG always are! Great food that the whole Family loves and quite healthy overall.

This place is very busy and don’t have enough staff. Every time I get worse customer service and sometimes half cooked rice.

Quick service, clean venue, polite staff. The food is fresh and fairly priced when compared to a certain other fast food joint down the hill. I had the spicy vegetarian breakfast burrito, which is a rare guilty pleasure of mine. Think fluffy eggs, a soft flour tortilla, a crispy hash brown, generous vegetables, creamy guac and a small punch of heat.

Very slow service, paid extra for add ons but got home to discover the order was incorrect. The food provided was ok but service inefficient

Always great service. The staff are very friendly and it’s has a great atmosphere. The food comes out very quickly. Will be back many times.

Food wasn't bad. The service when ordering wasn't great. Did not repeat the order and gave us a quesadilla instead of a taco. The waiter was really nice, however the place was quite dirty and not well maintained.

First and last time coming here. Zero organizational processes. Entered the facilty at 12: 40 on a weekend and faced long drive through lines - which is not a problem. At 13: 15 I was finally served from the left drive through lane. The store served 9 cars in the right lane before serving any on the left lane. The order was then wrong several times and the young worker at the counter was visibly shaken after obviously being treated poorly by earlier customers.

The store should not operate drive through if it doesn’t have the proper infrastructure.

Why would someone put cheese on the cardboard? Absolutely it was tasteless and so dry. The price to quality and quantity is so terrible. There is no paper napkins seriously. I will try another GyG and see if it is the same way. Never had this kinda experience b4.

Will not return. Order after order they get our orders wrong. The portion sizes have also significantly decreased. The whole store is very unorganised. Our online order took 30 mins to complete

I love GyG but the service in this one is too slow. We eat regularly in Gomez in other locations but first time decided to stop here and we spent too long waiting for the order. We figured out eventually that there is a huge demand for takeaway and drivethrough. But still other GyGs are far far quicker! Food great as always.

I love the other Guzman Y Gomez restaurant I have usually gone to (the one in Croydon,) but this one isn't quite as good. I took a friend there telling them how good it was and they weren't as impressed as I had hoped they would be. The food serving sizes seem to be smaller and there isn't as much meat in the quesadillas. There wasn't as much topping on the cheesy fries either. Also ordered a mild and a spicy taco, both were spicy and in fact the mild one was probably more spicy with more spicy sauce than the spicy one was. Also, this restaurant can't sell their frozen margaritas after I think it was 10pm which is strange. Must be to do with licencing laws but the other Guzman's I've been to sell until closing which is midnight in some places.

We always order veg nachoos. Previous the quantity of nachos & avacado dip was full but from last 3 instances in different stores we have tried the avacado dip is like one spoon and rest is filled with just veggies. Really bad
