Gurneys Cider reviews
65Thankyou for giving us three ladyz a day to remember. Welcoming, warm and relaxed experience. View, cider, local food and wine amazing! You do a great job guys.
The perfect place to spend your summer days! They have plenty of indoor and outdoor area, and different ciders you can try. We tried the underground tasting paddle and it’s so worth it.
Amazing set up after such a short time. Very interesting tour. Craig was a wealth of knowledge. Beautiful scenery.
Excellent customer service and knowledge in each cider.
Awesome venue and view!
Great experience.loved how they greet you at the door and very casually walk you through it all.
Great service, awesome cheese board, and the best ciders!
Very happy nice experience…
Friendly service, beautiful ciders tasting experience with a nice food platter! Good, we really enjoyed! Thanks!
Omg! Get around the Black Velvet cider! The underground tour is exceptional. Highly recommend. Lovely friendly staff and such a fun day out.
Absolutely incredible venue, staff are SO friendly, informative and passionate. Can’t recommend this place enough.
Their cider is also next level! Must try the rhubarb and ginger cider delicious.
Amazing experience, did the cidery tour, followed by a platter and some mulled spicey chai cider. This place is one of the most professionally run establishments I have visited. The staff are amazing and a wealth of knowledge. Oozing passion for the business they are part of.
Thr amazing views are just an added bonus.
Kudos to the Burnett family.
Such an amazing Cidery with direct access from the Great Southern Rail Trail, 3km after the Foster station. Fantastic drinks and a wide range of varieties, discount with 6 - 12 bottles purchase was a plus! The place is just beautiful and super clean and relaxing. A delicious platter to go with yummy drinks! Highly recommended and will definitely go back when in the area!
Excellent hospitality, hypnotizing views and delicious cider offerings! Perfect end to our weekend getaway:)
Learnt a bit about cider and very good to see a local producer making from only local ingredients and working closely with surrounding producers. A good spot to visit and taste ciders.
Fantastic venue with stunning views. Amazing renge of interesting and delicious ciders. Owners and staff are fun and passionate.
One of the perfect place to relax when you are on your way to Wilson prom. It's very close to Foster (the dairy town). You will not only be greeted by amazingly friendly staff but also experience the picturesque landscape during your visit. Needless to mention, one of the finest ciders I've ever tasted. Ginger one was really unique and must try.
This place is a hidden gem! We were in the area and just popped in with no booking.they were incredible!
I actually don't like cider.however! It must be the sweetness of the mass produced ones from retail stores I don't like. These ciders are free from added sugar!
The quality of Gurney's cider was amazing, easy to drink and very tasty (even as someone who hates cider).
The tasting boards are a great start at $15 a paddle.
Highly recommend buying the ginger beer and rhubarb!
Would love to go back for a tour.
Top service! Knowledgeable staff.
Views are insane! Dog friendly ️ so I'll be going back very soon!
I honestly think Gurneys is one of my favourite places in Victoria. Been here many times and always loved it. The wide variety of cider is amazing, and they pair great with the local spreads they put together. The hosts are most welcoming too and always make sure a great time is had
Beautiful view, lovely staff, decent cider and delicious charcuterie board, plus dog friendly and very relaxed.
Driving past and thought we would call in for a look. Two tasting plate and two platters later. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. We asked about doing a tour just the two of us and was amazed to be told no worries. We will be back

Some friends and I are staying at Toora for a few days, and drop in to the cedery without any preconception. We are amazed by the magnificent views of the luscious field and flowersWe soon realised it is a working farm of acres of cider apple orchards.
The Gurneys are in fact the Garnetts. The young Gurnetts weren't nicknamed Gurneys, and hence the name stays.
It has great display of various Cider products, and great ambience. The staff really make us feel welcome. We miss the opportunity to tour the underground distillery, because it is fully booked.
Gurney’s Cidery is a MUST when visiting, staying or living in South Gippsland. Everything from the spectacular views, underground cidery tour (with ciders) to the amazing locally sourced, world winning charcuterie boards are all top shelf experiences. Ahhh…. Of course the cider. Some new and exciting flavours, some familiar all made and served with passion and a love of the craft. Staff were informative, friendly and immensely welcoming. Thanks James and Crew for an amazing time. Will be back again and again. And BTW dogs very welcome! My puppy kelpie loved her time too.
