Gum Tree Caravan Park

Beautiful quiet little caravan park. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here grass sites were really well kept and grassy! They had all the activities for the kids from the playground, activities packs, go karts, basketball ring, giant chess/checkers, Table tennis and a little sheep the kids loved to visit. Amenities were so clean and showers had great pressure and roomy. They even had a little community herb garden. All the staff were so lovely and helpful. My only suggestion would be a couple of extra Powerpoints in the lady’s bathroom. Overall we had an amazing stay! Thankyou!

Viv and Pete (the owners) were wonderful throughout our six day stay at their park. We experienced two types of cabins, both clean and comfortable. We have already booked in for our next stay in February and looking forward to another great experience.

We were very happy with our cabin and that we could have our dog with us. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended. There is also a large off leash area for the dogs.

We loved this caravan park it was so clean our cabin was lovely perfect for a family of 3, they have a massive area for off-leash for your dogs, nice and close to port fairy.we will definitely be back!

This place is a must stay if your in pt fairy with your doggo. Great off leash area and great little cabin where your fur mate is allowed inside. Great stay amazing hosts Val and Pete nothing was to much to ask. Great amenities absolutely spotless smelt beautiful and fresh everytime you walk in. Fresh little herb garden outside laundry for you to use. Thanks for the fresh thyme. Really can't recommend the place enough beautiful and quiet. If you're in the area and need accommodation hit them up you won't be disappointed. 5 big friendly paws from us cheers see you again

Great place to stay especially with pets. Designated area for dogs to run. Dogs also allowed inside the cabin.
Can jump on the bike track to ride into town easily or towards Warrnambool.
Host are friendly and happy to provide tips on beaches etc to take your dogs.
Can even hire surf boards, bikes and carts for kids. Also activities like outdoor table tennis.
Have stayed here before during the Port Fairy Folk Festival and will be returning.

Fantastic mini getaway, beautiful clean small caravan park, cabin was nice and cosy. Nice and quiet- just what we needed, lovely owners.

Very nice park. We loved that it was pet friendly. Great off lead area. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Amenities were spotless. If I had to make any observation, very minor, is our pillows were very hard. Would love to come back next time we are in Port Fairy.

Great little caravan park. Even better dog friendly with huge off leash area for dogs to run around. Both the camp kitchen and the toilet and shower facilities were excellent. Park was friendly so highly recommended.

Fantastic place to stay. Staff are super helpful and accommodating. The park is very clean and well looked after. Fees are modest and affordable. Highly recommended.

Pet friendly, clean and comfortable cabin and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My dog and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend to anyone travelling with a dog (or without!).

If you're travelling with your dog/dogs I can't recommend Gum Tree more highly. The park is extremely clean with a fantastic camp kitchen.
A fantastic on lead walking are with a brilliant off lead playground area.
You guys rock.

Stayed on powered site with my caravan from Christmas to New Year, it was a great place to stay & would definitely go back. It's away from from the busy town and has as rural feel. Hosts were great and always super friendly and helpful. Loved it!

What a clean, neat, tidy, and affordable park this is. The owners, Viv & Pete are really lovely, friendly and helpful. The amenities spotless and the camp kitchen as good as any kitchen at home! Beautiful, grassed powered sites with plenty of room. A large, unleashed area is also provided for our furry friends. Highly recommend!
