Gujju's Cafe & Chat House

Delicious Indian snacks & Thali. Love their chat menu, made fresh and very tasty. I would not go anywhere else for Indian street food than Gujjus. Highly recommended.

Unprofessional service, doesnt sell upto the name. Food is good but the service and ambience kills it all. Its pricing is pretty decent for the quantity and quality of food. Wont really come back again.

One of the best Indian food I have had. Great selection of dishes. We had Rajwadi Thali and the taste was authentic Indian. The customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend it.

I have ordered dabeli but in no way it was dabeli when i ate it.no ratings.
Please do improve it.because we expact something good when we pay for it.

Excellent vegetarian food and good atmostphia. Strongly recommended yet disappointed that they didn't have a highchair for a family resturant.

Awesome chat, we had Dahi puri & dabeli. Reminds me of Mumbai chat. Good quality & will come back again.

Okay. I deleted my old review and this is the latest from 18/10. First time we went there, my experience was amazing and I gave 5 stars. But, 3 times we went there after that, the food went downhill. Service was not great either. Overly used garam masala, dry rotis, ghee laden sweet and nail in the coffin was Fafda (fried gram flour thins) and jalebi (plain flour pretzel in sugar syrup). They were borderline inedible. That's it for me. Not going here ever again!

But need to improve service as they not frequently come to you for asking about your needs.
May be strategy to survive all you can eat concept

Amazing food. I never regret going there. You'll get the best pAni puri here. Rajwada thali is very good.

Vada paav and daabeli was good.paav bhaji was the best among all I ordered. Ras malai was the worst part. Don't try ever.

Stale chutney with Daabeli and in Dabeli ruined our dinner. Requested another which came the same.it is no longer the gujjus which it used to be 10 years ago.
I won't recommend it anymore.

I have been there three times but every time I have experienced the quality of the food is not good specially in THALI. Something is there in food which I cant able to justify but could say the food is prepared in way that people cant eat more. May be they are adding starch in a food.
Moreover the chaats were stale.

I ordered rajvadi thali, about 27$ bucks, bt its taste is not met with my expectations.
Rjwadi means it have to be a rajwadi, as a gujarati and food lover, never compromise with taste and quality,
Yes, there were many items bt stil, taste is my first priority.
Also ordered Chinese, that was worse.

Can update my review and ratings if next time I found it tasty and above my expectations.

Loved the food. They have jain / no onion no garlic options. Since I wanted to try thali they prepared special jain thali for me. Thepla was very good and soft. Also they serve indian chaat, chinese and fast food. Staff is good. Will visit again if I visit melbourne.

Good place for Indian chat, but the quality and service in thali has dropped. Taste has dropped from excellent to average in thali.

Loads of food at reasonable prices, great taste, various choices, from small dishes to heavy thalis.

Delicious, affordable, vegetarian/vegan place! Some of the food were slightly too spicy for me but totally worth it. Staff were so friendly and place is easily accessible. The yellow springkle thingy is so delicious, cannot get enough of it. I recommend going with friends to share and try different food

I liked some of the Chaats but the other things were average. Indo chinese items have very low quantity for the price.
