Need to take care and show passion in delivering a good burger. Going downhill very quickly to become a low quality junk food.

Was so bad I had to leave a comment, stale bun was bad enough, took the bottom off just to get though it. Zero seasoning on the patty made it nearly inedible. Worst grilled burger I’ve had.

An absolutely incredible experience - I was able to create memories of incredible moments filled with laughter, joy, but most significantly, love. My friends and I spent an hour celebrating a Birthday, where we were treated with the utmost respect and kindness by the efficient and good spirited waiter! I would just like to recommend this place with the hope that more of the Melbourne community can enjoy an experience similar to what we shared here today!

Dry dry dry meat asked the girls for a make ur own burger and they forget to put in the main ingredients and i hate complaining so i didn but my partner did for me and got some off what was missing to add too it.he takes his daughter to another grilled and i was expecting so much more. Evem he was disaapointed this is supposed to be a chain restaurant but obviously some stores are better than others unfortunately

This is the second time I have my order wrong. Last time I ordered 1 burger without becon but it came up with becon. 2nd burger was ordered with extra beatroot and came up without beatroot. Also we did not get our herb Mayo sauce which we ordered.
Today ordered chicken burger with carrot and herb mayo and received chicken burger with just onion.
So disspointed.

Clean facility. I was welcomed to come and dine as I looked over the menu outside. Observed a great team spirit of the crew working busy as bees. Good healthy menu options. Fresh ingredients. Chips cooked to perfection. Friendly follow up to ensure I was satisfied with my meal. Music not too loud. A fine dining experience if you on a budget.

It s great and tasty but i think the price is too high for what u get. It s fresh and great but $30 for a burger, chips and a drink is just outrageous.

Not impressed, this chain doles out below average burgers for the masses. Buns low quality, prep is unbalanced and overall a mediocre experience.

Had mighty Melbourne the other night. Love your burgers but don’t know why every time I go past (I live in the neighbourhood), there is a nauseating burnt oil smell coming from the stop. It really makes you lose appetite

Great burgers, great chips, great service. Glad to have a grill'd in the area. They're on top of staying safe and hygenic. Alex is an absolute superstar, quick and happy to serve.

Amazing burgers for an amazing price! I think I found one of my favorite burger spots. Happy to have this in South Yarra. I recommend!
